When a customer comes in and orders a pizza and asks to have pickles put on one slice for his 5 year old and is told no that is a problem!! especially when the customer that ordered the pizza is a regular!! Very sad that you could not put 5 pickles on a slice of pizza for a 5 year old!!
Been eating at Victorio'sfor the last 10 years. Great place.Ate there today. Waited 5 minutes to be seated because hostess was busy talking. Then hostess cleaned tables (barely) and pushed everything into the floor. Floor was filthy but she continued talking to friends and never tried to clean the floor. Service was very spotty. Unfortunately do not think we will return.
We have never seen such a hard working hostess. Seating, busing tables, being very polite and bring first drinks before server shows up. Food was wonderful and tasty. The secret is you have to ask for the garlic knots, they don't just bring them out. Next time in town we will be back.
This was an unexpected surprise. Great value for some good food...at least on the seafood side. We'll have to try the Italian food next time. The pizza looks pretty good. I'd recommend cooking the oysters a little more maybe with some wood for a nice smoke taste. The Ahi Tuna was good but not great....but it was plenty to share. Overall I wish I could give 4.5 stars...stop in if you're in the area!
We have not been in 5 years and it was just as good as I remember. We got the blackened Gator and it was seasoned perfectly! Also the calamari appetizer, shrimp and fish platter, and burger at our table were all delicious and cooked well. Our waitress, Ashley, was such a joy and made eating out with two kids fun. She was very attentive and did her job well. Restaurant was clean and overall a great experience. Definitely will be back sooner than before!
I ordered takeout.Pizza - Would never order againMozzarella sticks - would never order againStuffed shells - ok maybe order again if I ever return. Most likely notI ordered a beer while I waited for about 30-40 minutes. I probably could have drank a few more but nobody ever bothered to ask if I’d like another. Also the folks around me sat dry for just as long.I would not recommend this place even though people have recommended it to me.Maybe just a bad day for them but I’m in no hurry to go back.Oh yeah I forgot about the clam chowder soup I ordered - worst I’ve ever had anywhere. Had the texture of at best milk.
I called earlier to order and was placed on hold for a few minutes. During that time, I heard employees talking along with plates and bottles clanking around. They came back on the phone and began taking my order, then the call cut out. I called back several times and eventually got someone on the phone, who then said I just can’t hear you. I called another pizza place a minute later and placed my order without issue. Victorio’s might want to check their phone system. And when they do work, use the hold feature commonly found on most business phones.
Great place to eat. They have a wine and beer bar only. There are peacocks strolling around the property.
We ordered the Oyster's Rockefeller for an appetizer; I had the eggplant parmesan which came with 2 small garlic knots and a side of spaghetti with sauce. Husband ordered the Pick 2 of which he got the grilled shrimp and crab bites with a side of 2 hushpuppies, potato wedges and it came with Zateran's rice and coleslaw. The eggplant was so wafer thin that you couldn't taste it let alone see it; The sauce on the spaghetti was barely there and nothing to write home about. The Oysters were excellent, and the garlic knots were do hard I couldn't jab them with a fork; The coleslaw was dry, the shrimp were ok, you can't mess up that rice; The crab bites...I almost lost my lunch as it was mushy and fishy tasting. The wedges had NO salt and were cold. The waiter, Justin said he "forgot about us" which is why it took 15 minutes to put our order in. Then we had to flag him down to get cocktail sauce, had to get someone else to bring me more tea and there was a knife laying on the carpet for over 20 minutes. Everyone kept walking over it.
First time at Victorio’s and it was fabulous!! The oysters are some of the best we’ve ever had! We had pasta and all the sauces are homemade! We sat at the bar and Miranda and Amber are awesome!! Great atmosphere, this will become a regular spot!!
