Price doubled, quality of service got worse. You can't even walk in anymore. I don't think that it is good value for the money. This place is taking inflation too seriously compared to other fast food chains. Sure that your raw materials went up, but hey, you are not spending money on toilet paper anymore ? nor hand soap, your door is closed ??, I mean keep it real? Not coming anymore.
They never fail to give you wrong orders. Every taco bell is the same. How hard it is to do your job?? All you have to do is read (if they can) and prepare.
I have placed a delicate order for some competent employees. It took roughly 4 minutes and 45 seconds after placing my order for me to make it to the drive-thru window. Thus we are at the Holy Grail of diarrhea heaven. I whipped out the debit card and handed it over. Nice lady took it and took some of my money and gave it back. Thus another 5 minutes 31.2 seconds she hands me a cold Sierra Mist. The smell of that citrus soda pop bursting of Flava illuminated my whole car. The sweet smell of the number 6 chicken combo flowing out of the window ,and the hard taco being rapped behind the drive-thru window harrying the crunching of the paper with whims. I take a sudden gasp as I see.. my taco and burrito craving pack Being slid on down over to the next girl and she picked it up very delicately and handed it over. Then I saw the same woman look around with the speed of the Flash to find my number 6 combo chicken with a Crunchwrap Supreme. Overall i have diarrhea, it was good, service was ehhh, and i wrote this whole review on the crapper. 4 outta 5 stars for yall!!!
Very very slow service and then some gentleman came up after the women at the counter had messed up the order and charged too much over and over and over name Darew? If it's great name cuz I don't make sense but then it cost me $43.45 for 12 tacos and they couldn't even get the order right very poor service very poor food will not buy there again and I will spread the word as a advisor for many services being a native of Florida an advisor for many services I'm very disappointed I will spread the word about how bad this place was thank you very much for your lack of service
I wasn't impressed with this Taco Bell. The young lady at the window seemed clueless that she only gave me half my order! (I knew it immediately because of the size bag) I mean I'm depending on that person to get my order right. Isn't that the job? I'm not belittling anyone. Our jobs are just that, our jobs & I feel isn't important to do a good job especially when someone is depending on you to get it right. Will my world end because I didn't get my complete order...nobody but will I be unhappy that someone doesn't get their food & I'm the one that usually has to go back & get it right. This puts a k I nk in my day because I was probably in a hurry to get a few things done, which is why I stopped at Taco Bell in the 1st place, ya know??
Were they quick? Sure. Were they polite? No. The "lady" that helped me kept just saying "hey" and "here", like I'm a dog. The girl with black hair and face piercings, I didn't get her name. Terrible customer service, get her out of there.
?Steak quesadilla tasted good as always, but it’s shrinking, I got few pieces of steak and price is not small either, stuff was arguing so loud, they may need help from the company because they were not doing good, for real! It’s my opinion.
Kind of slow but honestly it's not their fault, everywhere is struggling and understaffed right now but they do the best they can. Never really had a problem at this taco bell, order is always correct, staff has always been courteous.
The overall experience took almost an hour. Went through once, they forgot half my meal. Tried to go inside to get it and the doors were locked. Had to get back in the line again which was nearly wrapped around the building.
I can’t believe how expensive Taco Bell has gotten. I picked up our online order through the drive thru. Didn’t receive the sauces requested or napkins but I guess when the girl at the window is busy on her phone there isn’t time to check the bag.
