A other Starbucks where the staff does not seem happy. Sad. Service was ok and beverages were made properly
Awful. Awful. Just ordered a large cold brew with cream and sugar and I think they forgot to pour any cold brew in my cup. There was more milk in my bowl of cereal this morning!!!
Easy find from exit 215.. and if you getting back on the road.. even better. On your way to KSC? Right at the cross corner... perfect location. Friendly people.
ordered a Vt mocha frapp. tasted like shoe leather. paid 6.15 for this drink and it was the worst. not only are there drinks not worth it the service is very slow. better off going to your local gas station and getting coffee there. at least it will have some taste.
The employees there are so incredibly friendly! Bee (spelling?) Is just an absolute joy to interact with.The only thing is, is sometimes I feel as though the drinks aren't made how they're ordered. Not to an extreme, but the drinks I receive here aren't normally that great.Overall, however, it is a great location.
Waited over twenty minutes for a mobile drink order to be ready at the shop. I placed my order at 10:58 am and received my second drink at 11:32. My account said my order would be ready at 11:09. I mobile ordered for a reason— not to wist yet this ended up causing a lot of havoc in my day. They also forgot the nuts in my oatmeal and there was nobody to talk to about this
Make sure that the top fits right on the cup because it is hot ? if it was any hotter it would have burt me the hell up the top wasn't on the coffee cup right I'm just happy I didn't blister be careful ? Wow
Everything about the 30 min wait in drive thru to terrible drinks after waiting that long. Picked up an online order that was completely gross, melted and not made right that had been sitting there while I made my way through the not very long line but somehow took forever. I understand short staffing is a common issue. If that's the case make the online orders when they get to the store or speaker.
They are very clean and I got the white chocolate mocha Frappuccino without coffee and whomever made it did a wonderful job highly recommend that Starbucks and the drink
Good when it is good, but the way they prepare my standard vanilla sweet cream cold brew varies pretty wildly sometimes. I've gotten it very sweet, I've gotten it standard slightly sweet that i am used to from other locations, and I've gotten it with absolutely no sweetener, seems to just depend who is making it. It's not a huge deal to clarify how sweet I would like it, but if it was just consistently prepared that would be ideal! Otherwise the people at the drive thru have usually been very friendly and usually don't mess up my order, so that is great.
