I didn't buy anything. I changed my mind when I remembered they charged me 30 cents for a cup of water. Most places offer free water. I haven't worked in 3 months. There must be cheaper cups they can use or other options. It's hot outside people need to stay hydrated I just waited till I got home.

This location I’ve tried to give multiple chances I order the same thing from every sonic in the area multiple times a week…their jr bfast burrito now 3x in a row is the tiniest thing you’ve ever seen compared to ANY other location we are talking half the size. And it is filled with inedible eggs. We are talking they are so hard and crunchy it’s like they just scooped the edges of the grill and that’s what they put into it. I tried taking off the extra wrap but after one bite of the egg I gave up. I won’t be coming back to this location unless something changes and it’s literally right next to my house.

Going to be quite a while before we come back again...Ordered online: 2 shakes, two soft drinks. Took 25 minutes for the order to come out acknowledged after arrival AFTER I pressed the button and asked about our order. Shakes were already partially melted & ice tea was soured.

I did get there late but more than 5 minutes before closing. Punched the I am here button and the system said someone would be with me. I heard someone tell some young people that they were closing so I punched the button again. Someone said we're closed. (Still a minute or so before posted closing time.) I said you weren't closed when I first punched the button. They then took my order. It's not like I wanted something special - just 2 hot dogs and a lime slushy.

Every time I come to this location, everything takes forever. Trying to get through the drive thru line to even order the food takes at least 20 minutes. Then after ordering, it’s another 20-30 minutes. This isn’t just a couple of times. It’s EVERY single time I come here. I’ve had better experiences at other Sonics. I don’t have anything negative to say about the food or service per say. But the wait is just not worth it.

Ordered a large popcorn chicken for dinner all of it was batter no actual chicken as you can see I separated what was actually edible. Also ordered tater tots they didn't have enough to fill up the containers so put fries on the bottom to make it look full... SMH

The food is good but the tea is almost always old. ? I get a sonic sweet tea almost daily and about 50% of the time it’s old… I truly hate leaving negative reviews, but I really want this to change because I’m such a faithful customer for the sonic sweet tea lol not many places you can still get crushed ice and Styrofoam cups. ??

I took my daughter here before going to see sonic 2 with her, figured it would be cute. Well we had 2 separate orders, I told the lady this before I ordered and she said "go ahead with the first order" so I ordered. When we went to make our second order we were informed "we are not taking anymore orders for 5-10 minutes"... why would you take half a party's order but not the other half. You don't serve half a table at a time... I asked this question and was told "my manager told me to say that we aren't taking anymore orders for 5-10 minutes". I asked why they didn't inform us of this and we could've just ordered together and split it later, got a repeat of "were not taking anymore orders for 5-10 minutes"... well needless to say I requested a refund because I wasn't gonna make someone else wait for food then my kid be bouncing around waiting on the next order when it finally came since she'd already be done eating. Horrible customer service, horrible accountability, all around joke of staff at this location. This was a Sunday the weekend sonic opened, my 4 year old daughter was upset cause I promised her sonics food and she didn't get to have it because of horrible employees and manager.

This location consistently provides me and my family members poor service. The sounds from inside the kitchen can be heard through the drive through speaker and the unprofessional conduct and noise kept interupting the attendent from taking my order. They were out of sweet tea and would not make more, probably because it was close to the end of shift but, did not let me know till I was waiting several minutes at the widow for the order to be filled and after I had paid. Several times that I or someone I know goes through the drive through the person at the window loses track of what I ordered and has to clarify the order for a second and sometimes third time.

Food is always cold and soggy.I decided to give their business another chance so i ordered the chicken tenders.Again another mistake.The chickens tenders where extremely dry also as hard as a rock.I think the franchise should look into it.Sorry for my honest opinion.
