My ONLY complaint was their was no one offering rides on bike taxis that's a long walk AND the stairs to get to the cabana I had a stroke and it was VERY HARD for me but the place is BEAUTIFUL THE STAFF ON THE ISLAND AMAZING!!! DEFINITELY GOING BACK!! The fish was SO FRESH AND GOOD!! THE CANDY WASN'T BAD EITHER OH AND ZIP LINING!!!!!
Full 30 minute wait and I still don't have my food. As I sit here I watch food delivery services come and go while I continue to wait with an empty drive through. I guess walk in customs are not welcome here. DO NOT EAT INSIDE YOU WILL BE WAITING a long time. This happened on Sunday May, 15 2022 at 1:22pm . I will never eat inside this restaurant ever again.
This store is always slow but, the food is great. This time…The dining room was closed before 8pm. They couldn’t take orders over the intercom. Everyone had to drive up to the window. They would just walk away from the window without saying anything the car at the window. Each car would set for 5-10 minutes at the window before an order is taken. Once an order was placed it would take another 10-15 minutes, so ordering fast food took 20-30 minutes per vehicle.
This is the first time I eat at this location. I get to the bottom of my sandwich and there was a long black hair in my food. Not sure if I will eat here again.
A great place for a good mealThis restaurant is a stand-alone building located on the southwest corner of the intersection of Cheney Highway and interstate 95. It is located in front of a Townplace Suites and has parking on 3 sides of the building. It sports inside dining and a drive-through. The Popeye’s chain has over 3400 restaurants, in 46 states and 30 countries. I have been to only about 5 of these, including this one. Each one has been clean, well kept, has friendly staff and great food. This one was very much like all the other ones that I have been to. There is a dining area with seating for about 50 seats at some tables, a few booths, and a counter. You order and pay at the counter and they call your number to pick up your food. The staff taking my order was pleasant and efficient. Unfortunately, they were out of some items due to supply chain issues. The prices were reasonable. The food came out quickly. I definitely recommend their iced tea, biscuits, and chicken sandwiches. You might also want to try their different sauces. They are delicious. Overall, it was a very pleasant place to get something to drink or eat in the area.
First visit. Sad when a new place is operated poorly. one of the two bathrooms had no soap, that's important. Came out after washing up in the second bathroom with wet hands. no napkins available, had to ask and was told they keep them behind the counter. Ok. Told the order taker about the no missing soap. No one showed any concern about the soap, nor did anything about it the entire time I dined in. The order process went smoothly and the food came out quickly. There were no large drink lids at the drink fountain, had to ask for one. I sat to eat and there was no utensil provided for me to eat my coleslaw. Had to ask for that. Got the new fish sandwich and it tasted good but the batter wasn't cooked all the way through. How are the employees and clients washing hands when there's no soap in that one bathroom? I think I'm done with this place. Sorry for the franchisees trying to pay the bills here.
10 minutes in the line to order my food then 25 minutes at the window to pay for my food. while at the window I was ignored and looked at multiple times I ordered a simple meal since there always out of chicken tenders and that's okay sometimes keeping track of your inventory is difficult then while I'm there I notice the girl taking orders is walking away playing on her phone and then coming back rubbing her nose with her gloves on then serving up food. Gross but okay I'm still holding out hope they were using utensils to dish up the food. employees dipping there cups in the ice machine after drinking from them all day. Cool not like were in a pandemic or anything not a single working wearing a mask while serving food and if they were wearing a mask it was barley on there face. Then to top it all off after my 25 minute wait and everyone staring at me while I'm waiting at the drive threw window they start to hand me a bag that was a order rather large for a 4 piece and realized they were making the wrong order that was for the car behind me. so then the girl at the drive threw realized oh no were making the wrong order. So yeah rush rush to not look dumb. Too late would like to point out that if she hadn't been worried about her phone she might have realized that they were making the wrong order. Finally I seen them serving up food for customers inside faster than those in the drive threw. But I seen something which after reading a few comments looks like a habit they dump crumbs and whatever is at the bottom of the tray in peoples food boxes so if you go there and get the runt of the litter and crumbs galore now you know why.
Was great!!! Now that I could finally get in there?so glad they're keeping busy..more power to them!! Was taking food to my 91 year old father to surprise him..he loved it!!! Got the spicy chicken sandwich and macaroni... perfect!!! Will definitely be back. Thanks for all your hard work!!!
Great, hot fried chicken, the biscuit was the bomb and red beans and rice, off the charts! The cashier was very courteous, an over all awesome experience. Thank you! Happy to feel good after visiting a drive through, having the order RIGHT,, with great food! it's been a long time.?
We waited 43 minutes in the drive- thru line for our food on our second visit. The first visit was a 25 minute wait!! I know this is a new location but the management here stinks. Something must be done or it will close soon. People won't tolerate these long waits. Our order wasn't verified with us like our first visit either! So it wasn't accurate either! And they were out of all veggies except french fries and mashed potatoes as well as biscuits!! We were there from 8:07 pm till 8:50 pm!!! Oh, Coke wasn't ready to be served either! As much as I like Popeyes, we will not be returning to this location!!!!!!!!!!!
