Was glad they had a Pizza Hut I just moved here and this is on my way home so great and the pizza was delicious ?
This is one of the worst Pizza Hut unless you enjoy really limp and soggy pizza. This location is notorious for under baking even when you add a special note to “bake it well done”. If you pay for extra cheese, it’s 50/50 that you’ll even get a normal amount of cheese let alone extra cheese. I gave them an extra star because delivery is always quick, but I think it’s because they under bake everything. “In and out of the oven in less than five minutes”. Lol
Kids were hungry so i ordered a pizza for delivery an hour ago and was told it would be 45-50 minute waits paid by card. I went in the Pizza hut profile for this exact location so there is absolutely no way i could get it wrong. Over an hour passed by and no pizza arrive so i called to see what the hold uo was, when i called back, gave them my number and so on they said i’m not in the system. Took a whole chunk out of my time and now the kids have ti wait another hour for something that takes 15-20 minutes to prepare. Never again! If i didn’t promise pizza hut i would’ve asked for a refund. NEVER AGAIN
They provide the extra sauces and sides ONLY 25% of the time. I can't understand why order fulfillment is so difficult for them, it's the quintessence of the business.It was my fault for failing to rely on my past experience.
I want to compliment your cook and your staff. Pizzas were delicious. Full of toppings. Crust was perfect. It arrived on time. Nothing to complain about. 100% quality and expectations met.

I am so disappointed! Normally we order delivery at least once a month from this pizza hut. We also add Cinnabon treats. It comes hot and delicious. Not tonight. After a long day I was looking forward to that hot pizza and those sweet morsels of cinnamon.It was 30 minutes late, cooler than room temperature. I guess we'll have to call Dominos next time.
I wish I could give 0 stars. Ordered online and they said 33-43 minute wait time. One hour later still no food so I called the store. The guys who answered was very rude. Almost a hour and a half later my food shows up and it is ice cold. My bread sticks were like bricks. I called back to the store the guy who answered this time I could barely understand said he would get a manager and 15 minutes later still no one comes back to the phone. I work in fast food and our store is short handed and I understand that but there is no reason for cold food and rude service.
It would be nice when placing an order at 6:04pm, to get the order sooning than by 7:37pm. The pizza boxes were cold, the pizza and cheesy bread sticks were both cold inside the boxes. It would have been fine for the long wait time if the food was hot or at least warm by the time the delivery arrived.
Customer service was extremely professional. Pizza crust and toppings were cooked to perfection. My compliments to the chef(s). In my honest opinion, PH has no rivals. Great work guys...
