Didn't really care for the quality of the product. Had quite a few cold fries and the quarter pounder was slapped together poorly. To make matters worse, they were rude and gave poor instructions on where to pull over. If you can avoid THIS McDonalds, I would.
Terrible! Fries are supposed to be fresh and y'all are serving old brown grease soaked fries to paying customers during a time like this. It's hard enough financially already and to serve old food to your customers is just disrespectful! Do better!
Line was going smoothly and quickly - staff was pleasant and efficient - got all I ordered correctly... Just like the good ole days! Good job Managers!!
Kind of scary as they were mopping the entire entry way. I was very cautious if slipping and falling. We ordered quickly but waited about 15 minutes for the food to be brought to the table. Other than that, food was great..
Haven’t been to this McDonald’s in years but last night The young lady in the drive thru was amazing . I know I gave her a hard time and she was very patient & nice to my husband and I . Good job ??
Staff were super nice and accommodating. Food served was excellent. It was the cleanest MacDonald's I have ever been to.
App said it would be a 5min wait. When we checked in there were no cars in the drive-thru, but we still waited 10mins. ?♀️ Other than that the food was good.
Don't believe the menu prices are not the same. Any size drink supposed to be a dollar but it's only cola. Tea is sugar, water, and herb shouldn't be pricey. It's not sweet. This McDonald's close between 4-6 am. They told me after I got my food no lettuce and I didn't order spicy chicken sandwich but got it?
I stopped by this location on my way home from the airport and Tianna and the rest of the overnight staff at 1:38 AM on May 1st had the most positive and friendly attitudes. I also work in the restaurant business as a manager and I know how overwhelming and frustrating it can be right now in Florida with the overwhelming amount of people visiting and moving here. Not to mention the amount of places that are short staffed and employees working crazy hours. I applaud the staff for being so friendly, personable and attentive. You all are amazing! Keep up the good work!
I just wanted to order 2 large sweet tea. I normally don't give a bad rating. I was told by 2 different people at the drive thru " just a minute". I waited for it seemed like forever, then I just drove to the window and ordered my tea. The girl said was I the one ordered the tea and sorry for my wait. Then I pulled to the second window to get my tea and the young guy just almost threw it to me.
