As a DoorDasher this is the worst McDonald’s I have ever seen. We have been in line for about an hour. 30 of those minutes was me waiting to get to the speaker box and once there i was told that I will have a longer wait then the 30 minutes that was already spent then I told them that I was doing DoorDash. I was simply told to move to the next window. Now it has been 30 more minutes and I have yet to pull forward.
Freshly cooked food. Fries were hot! Soda was delivered as ordered. Good job!
Not a fan of fast food but traveling sometimes it's just easier. Got what we paid for. Never ever get what they advertise it looks like!!
I drive for DoorDash and this McDonald's is BY FAR the best location to deal with- the employees are always working, and efficient. One of the managers, Kayla, is especially worthy of praise- I witnessed two separate events where she kept her cool, while also setting boundaries and standing up for herself- she deserves a raise!
Had the “value menu” hamburger. Paid extra for lettuce and 2 tomato slices. Burger was tasteless. Hardly any lettuce and even less tomato. Much better Junior Bacon Cheeseburger at Wendy’s for about same price. No more McDonalds for me.
We ordered 2 large teas from the kiosk and we still had to wait in line for the cups. Cashier could not count back change to the person front of us. It just seems like an easy order turned into a big deal. Then when we finally got our cups we had to wait for the on break worker to fill his cup, which seemed to take a very long time too. Nobody is in a hurry at this place.
I do not like when I go into an establishment and I do not get acknowledged by a staff member when I have approached the counter to place an order. It should take several minutes for someone to finally acknowledge you and take your order. Then it even takes a while longer to get your food. The only reason I gave it three stars is because the kitchen area is very clean.
This McDonald’s is the worst I’ve ever been to. If they’re even taking orders, you’re guaranteed to wait at least 25 minutes. If you go past midnight they’re either only taking cash because they shut down their systems way too early, or they aren’t even accepting orders because no one wants to work. Great job guys, keep it up!
The McDonald's at 3825 S Washington was very efficient. The person who took my order and money was professional and friendly. My order was accurate and the person who gave me my order repeated my order to make sure it was correct with a friendly ? smile and "have a wonderful day". Kudos to the McDonald's manager who trained the staff and to the people that work there wanting to do a great job with a smile. I appreciate you all.
Drive-thru Not opened 24 hrs!! They need to update their times!!! The past four times I have gone at 10pm or 11pm all they have said is not opened or not serving at this time, kept turning away cars, and didn't give a reason. Wouldn't recommend going here during the night, and would highly recommend McDonald's update their times if they aren't going to be open 24hrs.
