Took 30 minutes to get my food. Ridiculous with it being McDonalds. I will not return to this one. They complaing that they were short staffed. I counted at least 8 employees. Not sure how many you need to not be short staffed but I believe 8 is more than enough
I got two drinks a large mocha frappe and a large mango smoothie and the girl didn’t give me my change back right handed me thirty cents I said Um I handed you 9 dollars and she gave me two dollars when she owed me two dollars and sixty cents and she slammed the window in my face. I won’t be coming back here because they try to steal your money.
"Open 24 hours" doesn't mean open whenever we want. Empty lobby at 5:30 AM. Thanks for that. Driving across town for breakfast and being late for work was a real McTreat, you McLosers. That kind of garbage work ethic is why you are stuck in fast food.Edit: been stuck in your drive thru for 22 minutes and nobody has even taken my order. I finally drive up to the last window after being ignored and demand someone take my order. You tell me you don't have half of what I'm trying to order. How worthless can you be?
In March 2022, after McD's pulled out of Russia, I ordered via delivery my favorite McDonald's burgers: a couple of Big Macs and fries, in honor of my Russian friends. Delivery via GrubHub was easy and excellent, as usual. However, I was quite disappointed with the Big Macs; they just didn't taste right, or taste the way they had for the previous 45 years. The buns were heavy and "bready," the burgers much smaller, and together with the Special Sauce the taste was "off" and disappointing. Because of this experience, it will be a long long while before I give McD's another chance. (And I used to be a Big Mac-aholic, too.) McD's changed something with the Big Macs just too much and went over the edge.
Ordered at kiosk. Big delay. Was finally given food in a bag but the server disappeared behind the wall. Had to wait again just for my cup for my drink that they forgot. Ignored. Poor service. Monday morning.
One star is being generous. We went inside to grab lunch and had to use the kiosk to order food. Our check out time on the ticket was 3:02 pm. We waited over 45 minutes to get our food and then was told we had to leave the lobby because they were closing it due to the owner telling them to. We had just started eating our food that we waited that long to get (with a 3 year old). It would have been different if we hadn’t just started eating our food. We were also probably the only family in the restaurant who didn’t complain while we were waiting.
Dropped by for a quick bite to eat. Entered and was greeted by several computer ordering machines - no sign of anyone behind the very small counter or instructions if you didn't want to use the computer(which I did not). I stood at the counter and waited a few minutes for help. When I unwrapped my order it was barely warm and the bottom of the bun was hard as a rock - very unpleasant Big Mac. I should have complained, but I was in a rush....
Food was as to be expected and fresh. Soda fountain works great. Lobby was a little dirty. I didn't dare go into the bathroom. The biggest complaint I have here is the wait time. Be expected to wait almost an hour to get your food. I'd order on a kiosk or online for this McDonald's because the cashier sometimes isn't present for a while.
Absolutely terrible service. Tried to use the 10 piece nugget coupon to get the free medium soft drink and French fry and according to the person working the code “didn’t work” so I was charged full price and automatically charged through the app…When I asked why it didn’t work they just said “sometimes it doesn’t work I don’t know” they tried to offer me extra food, but quite frankly I don’t need the extra food I just want my money that I intended in saving by using their app.Also I’m still sitting here waiting for my food which, it’s not like I ordered the whole menu. They also claim that their frappe machine is broken… classic McDonald’s laziness, we all know you just didn’t clean it.Over all terrible experience would not recommend.
I always go through the drive-thru. The staff that handles the drive-through are very nice and knowledgeable. Never had a really long wait time at all. Their chicken biscuits for breakfast are the bomb they are so good!!!
