Recently moved to the area and grabbed this for a quick bite because I’ve never had it before. I got myself a meal and my dogs a couple little hamburgers. I enjoyed it. The fries were crispy and really good. My dogs devoured them and I couldn’t finish because it was a good amount of food. The team on the headset and behind the drive thru doors was vey pleasant. Thank you for the experience!
3 bay ppl running place preteended to be closed so came back an hour later took 20 min to get my order even taken. Currently have been waiting on my food almost an hour with 1 guy ahead of me. Watched them argue and talk about fighting cursing at us as customers. Now are telling everyone they are to busy to take orders but there’s only 3 of us here. It’s 5pm on a Wednesday I drive a decent distance to come here this is the worst food experience I’ve ever had. Honestly it’s sad they can’t be what they used to be one of my favorite places to eat
In Titusville on vacation and really wanted to try this place since there is nothing like it at home. The drive thru line took around ten minutes and there was only three cars. I ordered wings, chicken sandwiches and the burgers. They forgot our burgers and I had to go in and get them. The burgers ended up being cold like they were sitting for some time. The chicken sandwiches were tough, cold, and tasted like the fryer oil hadn't been changed in days. The breading on the wings had fallen off. We had fries also and had the same problem as the chicken with old fryer oil. Needless to say it was a huge let down and won't be going to a Krystal again. I would go to any other fast food chain in the area.
Attempted to buy breakfast twice this week and no one would acknowledge my presence. Hours on sign says they're open at 6am but I was there at 6:30a one day and 6:45a this morning. Should change the sign for open hours to "we will open whenever - good luck".
I’m an Uber Eats driver so I’ve been here multiple times. I’ve never reviewed another restaurant for any reason, but at this point, I feel the need to warn other drivers. The first order I picked up from them, they forgot multiple items including the lettuce/condiments/tomatoes. Since the bags are taped/sealed, I’m not allowed to break the seal to check the items, I just have to ask if everything is there and then deliver it. Later I received a phone call from someone at Krystal screaming at me claiming that I stole 1/2 of the customer’s items, threatening to call the police. The rest of the times I’ve been there, they’ve taken an absurdly long amount of time to get orders to me and other customers because they just stand up front and joke/laugh with each other instead of working. I’ve seen people wait 15 minutes just for a cup for soda. They employees are also extremely rude and refuse to actually respond when you say anything to them. If you say something like “is everything in this bag?” They just look at you. If you take the order and say “thank you,” they just look at you. I obviously work customer service, so I understand how hard it is, but at least don’t be rude. I basically refuse every order from them at this point.
Drive thru is very slow and I had to do an online order and still had to wait in the drive thru to get my order. Waited nearly an hour for my food. After almost an hour we ate barley warm burgers. Thought to take them back but didn't want to wait another hour for hot fresh food. Buns for burgers were not warm and the cheese on the burgers weren't melted. Just an all around bad food and service experience.
Unfortunately this was not a good experience. Ordered the 12 pack and 2 apple pies. My youngest had 1 slider. I had 3 and my oldest ate the rest. I noticed an odd taste, (it tasted like it was tainted with cleaner fluid smells) but didn't say anything because it had been years since we last ate their food. I should have said something. All 3 of us were ill that same day and the next. We won't be returning.
Love the food but the management needs a lot of work. Went through the drive thru to be told that our minor order would take 10-20 minutes because of 3 larger orders before us. 34 minutes later we were given our order. I wonder if they get orders of 24 burgers very often?
I love Krystals burgers but their attitude was terrible. On their menu you can get 12 burgers for 13$ and change. I ordered 6 and small fry and it came to 12 and change. So obviously it would have been better to get 12, right? It's like I asked for 1 of their first born to go from 6 to 12 burgers. Finally, I just gave up and just said 6 burgers to end the chaos if 4 adults trying to figure out what the order was. Not only did they have bad attitudes but the charged me $.82 for eat in charge. Wth? I will not go back.
