This is a VERY GOOD place for lunch. The cheeseburger was great, as was the Cuban. The chicken and shrimp was superb as well. The price was worth value and DID NOT break the bank. Worth the visit
My coworkers and I are always in the search of lunch options near us in Titusville because there unfortunately are not many that are good and quick. At least until we found Ice House based on a recommendation. We have been extremely pleasantly surprised and are so glad to have found this little gem off US 1. We've all tried various options by now but their rice bowls are very filling and well cooked and seasoned. Their sweet potato fries are great. We've not had anything we weren't happy with and are thankful to have this option nearby! Not a fancy place from the outside, but quality food and great options for the menu. Easy pick-up after ordering through their drive-thru window.
I feel extremely ripped off for the money we spent on takeout here. The "fish basket" is literally 3 TINY pieces of fish, not much larger than fish sticks with a tiny serving of coleslaw that would fit in a sauce container. My husband's burger was terrible and mushy and came with a toddler size portion of fries.Not to mention the fact that they throw your food into a flimsy cardboard container without even any foil or tissue type wrap to keep it even slightly warm. It was ice cold. Maybe that's why they call it "Ice House."
Clean , quaint and pleasant unobtrusive staff . I would revisit again and again as without hesitation.
Went there for the first time last night, we regularly use the Mims location. Ordered $52 worth of food. The Mac bites weren't cooked all the way, the cheese on the inside wasn't even melted. Ordered all the fries crispy (well done), when we got them they were stuck together in one big greasy clump and definitely not cooked well done. I didn't even eat the chef salad I ordered as they put all the hot food in the bag on top of the salad so by the time I got home to Mims the salad was wilted. I will definitely stick to the Mims location from now on. The staff was super nice though.
This is one of the best fast food places I have ever been to. Food brought out quickly & piping hot. Great tasting food. The Philly cheese steak could have had more meat & peppers, onions, & shrooms. The Cuban sandwich was very good.
