This place has the worst customer service and they play very explicit music very loud too; cuss words and very derogatory. I also noticed the manger was there and said nothing about it. I left with my 2 kids after hearing that. Will go to Starbucks going forward. I know times are tough and trying to find help is awful, I would of been happy to wait but the music no thanks.

Whoever did drive thru this morning 6/10/22 at 6:40 AM had a HUGE attitude and on top of that nobody put napkins in the bag. Place isn’t as good as it used to be.
I read the reviews, they have new staff?Top customer service, Autumn is amazing at the drive-thru, so kind and always has a smile? I just read the name off my receipt, but thankyou. I highly recommend the donuts are on point?
Girls are rude and I asked for liquid sugar and the give me regular sugar all built up sittin right at the bottom like atleast mix it 46 will definitely stay my favorite one around here .

Mean Girls DunkinThe worst service i have ever received,The rudest staff i have ever came across.When ordering we could already sense frustration on the staff it looked busy so we were very patient when waiting in line for 10 minuets. When we got to the registrar staff member AMBER took our order. Amber was not pleasant at all was very angry and it showed....When taking our order we asked for stuffed bagels ...she asked plain or everything then paused and said chives...we responded everything she she said waiving here finger plain or chives... with confusion we replied plain confused on why she offered everything in the first place....if it wasn't available. then get mad when we asked for it.. we ordered plain and a large ice coffee as well as sourdough breakfast sandwich with 2 wake up wraps...Amber went to make the drink as we waited she comes and places the drink on counter we did not grave it right away, as we were waiting for our food she came back grabbed the drink and slaMmed it on the counter. Then the other to staff members were bad mouthing about the customer in drive-through and how he ordered his drink saying what grown man's ask for foam in his drink. Let's just say this staff doesn't KNOW THE FIRST THINK ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE.... if i was the manager i would seriously consider some training asap. As this establishment was very unprofessional rude and very catty laddies running away customers.... will never come back!!!!!! I will say the older woman pitting the food together was at least pleasant. There are good days and bad days in the food industry busy and slow days... but always take care of your customers and never make them feel like a bother cause u hate your job!!!!
I normally hit this dunkin bc it’s right by my house. I’ve given it a couple second chances. Not only do they make the same drink I order different every day.. They seem to always be out of some kind of menu item. What kind of fast food chain runs out of KETCHUP? Today they were out of croissants AND hash browns. Idk if the manager in charge of ordering the food is messing up or if it’s supply chain issues but I won’t be wasting my money there anymore.
Absolutely horrible service, she was on the phone while taking my order and because of that reason I had to continually repeat my order to her, after receiving my order I had to turn back around because my order was wrong. When I walked in nobody was upfront, I yelled excuse me at least 3 times and yet nobody showed up, I had to call the actual store twice in order to have someone come up front. I will drive out of my way to another location before I drive and patron this location again even if it is only about 3 minutes away from my home!
We frequent D&D it’s a hit or miss on quality and consistency. I ordered a drink, few wraps and donut. The wraps did not have the bacon and the donut was considerably smaller then normal. I question if they were blind folded when they frost the donuts. Very disappointed, I expressed my displeasure at the window and the associated said they have a calorie counter. I was like “what” that’s the dumbest this I have herd of. I would be more concerned with guest satisfaction above all. Letting a customer leave disappointed.
