Donuts were great, service?..... well if u go in u need to use the self service checkout. and if you dont want the credit surcharge dont waste ur time trying to get help, you gotta go through drive through. It seems their employees are too busy talking and whining about stuff rather than wanting to be helpful.

Went inside and placed an order for 2 sausage egg and cheese wraps had to wait for over 13 minutes because the manager felt it was more important to take her break than to prepare the food. Drive thru was backed up around the building and there was about 8 of us waiting for food inside. The manager on duty was also talking trash about the customers and the employee working the register at the counter kept stating don't start with your disrespectful self today, Lord please not today. Once I finally got the wraps both of them where burnt I ended up throughing them out. Will never return to this location.

Extremely slow service, staff did not know how to work the self-checkout kiosk,which was not accepting my rewards scan. They were out of skim milk, yet I was able to order it. The employees were having inappropriate conversations that could easily be heard by customers. Not terrible, but I would go out of my way to a different location next time.

Terrible employees and customer service! Employee was incredibly rude to us for pulling around to order because no one would answer the microphone. She refused to take our order at the window. Do not bother going here.I under stand places are short staffed but if you can't even handle ONE car in the drive thru maybe don't let your other employee go on break.

Bathrooms were not clean. The only good thing about this Dunkin is that it is a full service dunkin. The older gentleman in front of me had been waiting for over 15 minutes on his order and he was the only one besides me in the store, while there was 4 people behind the counter. His order wasn't even large. Then the employees started talking bad about him after he asked why they were taking so long. I stood at the counter for a solid 7 minutes waiting to place my order before another customer came in and went to the pickup side and asked them why they were making me stand there so long. I didn't like that they bad mouthed another customer, quite loudly I might add, im sure the gentlemen heard them.

Woman identifying herself as store manager was extremely rude when i asked about product availability at the drive thru! She refused to let me talk and instead spoke over me in an aggressive tone handed me the two items that i was able to order and then slamed the drive thru window in my face, I filed a complaint with corporate about her behavior.... Unbelievable . I will not return to this store again.

Worst Dunkin ever! Please do not go here. Toxic employees and very very slow service. If you need Dunkin the one on S Washington has much nicer employees and service is prompt!

Manager/Shift leader was disrespectful and rude to employees, spoke down to them using abusive language. When an employee acknowledge me and asked nicely what I was waiting for, I just said was waiting for a drink as rest of my pickup order. She unpleasantly said, I know they will just have to be patient. I know they are busy but a simple "will be with you in a moment", when you see someone waiting goes a long way to prevent escalation of an issue. Common decency 101, feel bad for the employees there, I would have walked out if was working a shift.

Very slow, extremely inefficient, lazy customer service. I had to wait a ridiculous amount of time for a simple breakfast sandwich. The employees need to be retrained and/or they need to partake in a couple of cups of DD espresso to wake themselves up!!!
