I am only giving it a 1 star because I can't give it a zero. All I can say is I will never ever go back to this place again. When I came in the manager was cashing out a waitress. She made us wait several minutes before asking another seever to seat me. Then i waited 20 minutes before anyone greeted us. Then I waited over an hour for my food with almost no one in the restaurant. I originally ordered a burger. When it came out it the plate was full of grease and the bun was saturated with so much grease it was dripping wet....and cold. Then I asked to get something else. I decided to get something that was quicker and easier to cook. 2 eggs over easy, toast, bacon, and pancakes. Well....my eggs were fried extra hard, my toast had so much butter it was no longer edible, bacon old cold and over cooked, pancakes like rubber. Then while I was at the register and the waitress who was serving me was cashing me out. It was taking her a little longer because I asked for their corporate phone number. Here comes that manager again....looks at my waitress and says, "don't you have something to do?" I said yes she is helping me. That manager had a terrible attitude and disciplining my server in front of customers was totally uncalled for. My poor server. I felt so bad for her. I will never go back to this place. Unprofessional and dirty place.
Me and my wife came in monday morning from a 6 hour trip and the place seemed to be very busy and understaffed but our waiter Elektra was amazing and on point! Stayed smiling while running around doing to what it looked like everything! If we are ever back in town, we will definitely come back
We stopped in for a late dinner. Food was decent. I seemed to remember the food being better when I was younger. Lol. I had a club but it wasn't really a club because it only had two pieces of bread. And the meat tasted like cheap lunch meat. The servers were really friendly.
Not worth the visit. Small portions high prices poor service.
Wow it's been years since I have been to a Denny's. But we stopped in the Denny's in Titusville an wow service and food 10 ?! The food came out good and hot! The server Monica was awesome. And the Cook Jessy is the absolute best! You should put a sign up out front Jessy is cooking! I would always stop in.
The cook was so slow. I walked in as a carry out and had to wait a 45 minutes for a grilled cheese sandwich only... I should been out of there in less then 15. The waitress was great I gave her $2 tip. COOK NEEDS FIRED! Next time I see if she is cooking and walk out. Sad that has to be that way. A cook makes the place or breaks the place....
They were slammed when I went. So busy! But if you're patient, the servers do an amazing job there. I had no complaints and my food was good.
We had a great waitress. Comfort food at its best.
My 5 stars are only for their breakfast food, which has never disappointed me. (Their dinner food has ) Sadly this Denny’s in particular seems a bit understaffed, BUT the servers are always still extremely friendly, even when there are clearly unkind customers. Not the NICEST dining room...but the food is always hot and tasty and quick!
I am a senior citizen and I wanted to order the 55 breakfast that comes with eggs and cheese and bacon and pancakes. I do not eat pancakes and wanted to substitute hash browns for the pancakes. I have done that before but the server told me I couldn't do it and instead of the pancakes I could get toast or English muffin and no biscuit.. How come I couldn't get hash browns like I did before. I have worked in the restaurant business for over 30 years and we always was able to substitute. This is not fair when one time you can and now this server said no their not supposed to do it . I will not ever go to that Denny's again. I was under the impression the customer can have or substitute. If someone can't eat them there should be no problem making the customer happy. Good way to lose business. Thank you for letting me know what the problem is with that.Unhappy customer and very angry. One person let's you do it and you ask the next time you get a no. I often eat there when we go to Titusville.
