We have come to this store numerous times, it is a favorite. In the last 6 months, we have gotten the food we came for ONCE. There’s always some excuse about needing to prioritize the mobile line, but the mobile line takes HOURS from the scheduled pick up time. Today, we ordered our food and got to the end of the line. We ordered our guacamole. They ignored us. Then another woman came and took the 1/4 full tub away, put a lid on it, and stored it in the fridge. When we asked for it again, they said “oh, it was empty.” We pointed out that we saw them take the tub, and then they started giving some excuses about temperature. But they refused to scoop some out of the mobile line…even when we watched them serve it 10 minutes later. They clearly are only worried about mobile orders, and yet when we order it online, we still don’t actually get to eat what is available. This store is not run well, and we will not be going here again.

Chipotle's is the place to go for excellent service and Mexican Dishes. No doubt about it! When we arrived it was busy but the servers smoothly reduced the line and served us well. The food servings were bountiful and well worth the money. Parking was ample and the restaurant clean and tidy. It's a brand new place and everything looked great. Plenty of seating for individuals who like bar chairs and tables for at least 8 to 10. A GREAT EXPERIENCE all the way around. Adios!

The efficiency of employees in this place is awful. Very slow service, no one communicating, and also felt lazy. When they were going to refresh the chicken, they poured the fresh chicken on top of the old chicken which is unsanitary practice. It made us wonder how long the other foods have been sitting under the fresh ones. Not to mention, the guacamole i had ordered was not even chopped up and was hard as a rock when biting into. There was no utensils, trash overflowing, and customers walking out without ordering. There needs to be some retraining or owners coming through or else it should be shut down. Do better.

I'm sorry to say this is the worst Chipotle I've ever been too. I've tried it 6 seperate times already to see if things would get better after the opening-every other week too just to give them time to iron things out and man I just don't understand what kind of staff this franchise has on site. Each time I've ordered through the app where it says there is a 5 to 10 minute wait, I've gotten here and waited at least an hour. I don't know about anyone else but that is some of the worst wait times I've ever been too. And I eat out a lot. Either get your people together or get new people. I've never had this experience at any other Chipotle and I've been eating them for years. It's obviously not everyone on their staff but If you need more people get more people. There are definitely some exceptional people on staff.

The chicken, steak and barbaquoa are delicious in whatever way you decide to enjoy it. The portion sizes are really good for the price.

Very disappointed with my order. I ordered a Pollo Asada bowl and paid almost $4 for extra chicken and I barely have a single order of chicken on my bowl let alone "extra". For a new chain restaurant finally in Titusville, this is beyond a let down!! If you cannot read a screen and provide what was requested properly than find another job! As simple of a task it is already, do your job!

Just left after waiting 50 mins for an incomplete order........ This is the worst Chipotle ever and I wouldn't recommend you eat here while under current management. I will tell everyone I know to not eat at this location. Hire better MANAGEMENT!

They had run out of steak, but they were trying to get it out fast. A man working there was very kind and helpful in getting my order. Also, the food tasted fresh!

I went in on a Thursday night around 5 and ordered at the counter. Line to the door, standing in line took about 30min. It's a new place- no biggie. Everyone working was busy, friendly, and overall it was a positive experience. I ordered a burrito and a kids meal and I found both to be fresh and well portioned.

Good luck ever actually getting your food. Typical Titusville work ethic at this place. Where’d you manage to put together this elite team? Former McDonald’s on Washington ave employees? These people don’t care about their jobs or about anyone else but themselves. Real winners.
