Uh ohh. Terrible drive-thru experience! Everything reeked of terrible neglect (dirty, old signs hanging off and scotch taped to the sign glass, seemed much like a ghetto) and the customer svc rep acted as if she just did not want to be there and didn't bother to look at us... even when handing us our food! She was way too busy chatting with a male coworker to pay ANY attention to the ONLY customers! Not another customer or car was in sight. We both were quite put off. It was a CREEPY experience. Both my friend and I vowed to NEVER come to this location again. Such a shame as this is the only fast food burger spot in downtown historic Titusville... AND SINCE the food (4 Whoppers) was GREAT! Well prepared, fresh, everything Burger King should be. Too bad the physical restaurant is in SUCH DECLINE .
The owner of this store should be ashamed. Place is a pig pen most days. The staff has 2. Speeds SLOW AND STOP. Its hard to even get waited on if you go inside and mangers are about useless here. They leave customers standing at to counter and wander about like they are to busy to take your order. Food is always sub standard at this store. Smashed and sat on best describes everything i have ever bought here. There is one male that is friendly and really trys to do a good job. He is the thin black male maybe late 20's. This guy is on the ball. He should be a manger.the entire rest of the staff are just lazy slackers. If you dont like the job then dont take the check.find another job. Some how i think they will be slackers no matter what they do. Today was the last time i go to store 1979 on Washington st. The burger king on state rd 50 by Target is much better. Its cleaner ,the staff is actually doing its job and the food is always fresh and hot here. Worth the 10 min drive trust me. This place must be a tax write off because it can't be making money.Why the owner would tolerate his business being run into the ground is beyond comprehension. Must be dumber that a box of rocks.
Getting pricey. Whopper junior was good, and 10 piece chicken nuggets were super salty. I could only eat 2, gave the rest of them to a homeless guy outside.
Building inside a total mess. Needs renovating. Dirty, dusty, had to watch out no dirt falls into my food from the ceiling. Distgusting.Took two pictures but dont know how to post them now. Burger King should be ashamed. They only got 2 stars because for the friendly service and well made burger.
The employee at the drive-thru is always kind of short and seems distracted. The parking lot is always empty but Burger King isn't a big thing down South. I'm from up North and we love Burger King up there. However, today I got the original chicken sandwich today and it was different. It tastes like they are using Miracle Whip for mayo now, which is definitely not my favorite. The sandwich was nice and hot but it tasted weird. I don't see myself wanting to come back if they continue to use this mayo. I'm hoping it was just a freak thing. I will update the next time I go here.
I ordered two double biscuits this morning and when I got home I was so disappointed to find croissants.UpDate 4/19/22The company has done a magnificent job of getting rid of their supply chain problems with biscuits and are very competitive with the McDonald's and others!Happy camper.
In the last two weeks they have had biscuits available for breakfast one time I can't understand why, since the local stores have biscuits,,,and by the way Wendy's has a much better breakfast biscuit.I want to thank you for upsetting me and making me pursue another company for my breakfast.4/5/22. Update.It seems like the last week and a half of been really good they have gotten their act together, and they do have a really nice staff on duty.
I rarely ever go to a fast food restaurant I prefer locally owned mom and pop shops but was in a hurry today. Sadly I made the mistake of going to Burger King. The place was utterly and totally filthy inside when I pulled up to the drive-thru window you could see the place had aged horribly and looked like it was covered in grease and grime throughout. The people working there all the clothing looked like it was stained and dirty I did not feel comfortable even taking the food. The burgers ended up being cold and the fries stale as if they were cooked in very old used grease. I now remember why I never eat in these places they just don't ever seem to have an interest in keeping them clean. I hope that somebody from their corporate office sees this and visits the place themselves.
Cashier was pleasant, but it was so slow that she was on her phone. Restroom was nasty, filthy toilet with leftovers from the day before & trash can still full from day before. Window seal falling off. My sandwich came with the bacon literally on the outside of the bun & I received a very lukewarm coffee, so I exchanged it for soda. Never again!
The Service is horrible. The Manager is constantly screaming at customers in the drive thru. They are always out of most condiments, more than half of the drink selections are empty. The menu screens that do happen to work are yellow. They never have enough staff to keep the flow going, the person running the register is trying to fill food orders causing long wait times.
