Until they replace the “operating manager,” I would advise you stay away. They have no idea how to staff, cannot keep boundaries with employees, and fire anyone who tells them they need to do better. At one location employees, and customers for that matter, were subjected to exhaust from the flat top griddle as the vent hoods were broken and quite possibly could still be. Imagine cooking 50 sausage patties, 100 eggs, god knows how much bacon all with cooking spray and vegetable oil in your house and all of that smoke just lingering with no where for it to go but a tiny window. Did I mention that the AC was also broken at the time? Well it was, causing food temperatures to be above 41 degrees. If you ask the operating manager though, as long as it is under 50 degrees, it is fine. If they kept their temperature logs they can go back and check them for proof of that if they wou ld like. Until something changes, take my advice and stay away from here. You are most likely eating 7+ day old cream cheese and month old roast beef, in addition to god knows what else. Thank you for reading.
We used to order from the Garden st location but they could NEVER get our order right, things were always missing or made completely wrong. Now it seems this location is following in their footsteps, we order at least 3 days a week from them and so far the "hot" latte is always on ice even thought I write a nice little note saying "hot not iced ",the cold drinks come in a paper cup which turn to mush in the matter of minutes and you can accidently put your finger right through it. So far the bagels have been ok, not great, but at least edible unlike the Garden st store, had a bagel so hard it almost cracked a tooth, was like biting into a rock! My office has banned me from ordering from here any longer, sorry Bagel 13, too many mistakes and far too often.
Bummed with my experience today. Attempted to order through GrubHub at your Garden street location. Got a call saying that 3 of the 4 items I ordered were not available. The call came from Grubhub and they started the refund process.I then attempted to order from the Hopkins location. I had my food delivered, got my 3 drinks with no issue and my closed up bag said it had my tuna sandwich. Opened the bag and found an egg bagel instead. I'm not an egg fan. So its not even something I can eat.I've spent nearly $60 between both locations today. Now I have a coffee and espresso, but no food.Granted yes, my money will be refunded for the canceled order and the incorrect food, but the thing that prompted me to write a review is the fact that I can't even call the location to attempt to get my food for a 3rd time because your phone goes straight to a voicemail which has not been set up.I'm not sure how you can support your mobile customers if we can't even contact you.I understand mistakes happen, but all this seems a little crazy.
Good but very slow breakfastSandwiches, young lady cooking only made I egg Sandwich at a time. Very good..
Excellent service. Great selection. Went at end of day, just before closing. Some bagels not as fresh as they were I. The morning when they were first made.
I think the picture explains itself.
They were there and we did not have a good experience with the bagel we left there we found out that they have been tail tasting at home I hope he can clean up there at.
I love their chicken strawberry salad but when I ordered mine today it was very skimped, very small portion of chicken, small amount of lettuce. Every time I go they have big portions with a lot of flavors, usually I only eat half of salad. I never write reviews but I really feel like I needed to. It was that sad. It looked like a side salad in a big container. Hopefully they fix this because it wasn’t worth the price and usually it is.Side note, the lady taking the orders in the front was very kind ❤️

My favorite breakfast place. The staff is always polite and the food is always delicious. I’m pretty much a daily customer
