I stop by here on my way home from work as I am tired and just wanted some comfort food. I ordered a quart of matzo ball soup. I get home and open it up and see I am missing half a cup of soup. Prices are bad enough in our world, less food for more of a price, bites!!!!What will you do to fix this problem???????I called and spoke to Clint the store manager and I was told to come back & get another quart of soup on Friday when I am back over there. He was very nice and apologizedNice to see their are GREAT restaurants and management left in this crazy world.Thank you

We have done takeout from the one in Orlando before. When we saw this off the highway on our way home, we decided to stop. The food was very good and very fresh. The waitress who helped us was awesome even though she wanted us to say she wasn't ?. I would definitely recommend this place

This was the first place we stopped on our vacation to the villages. The food was decent but the experience as a whole was bad. The waitress never checked in on our table. Not even once. We had to ask for refills throughout our entire meal. When our food arrived, we took our first bites and was swarmed by the hostess to fill out a survey on the eatery. We knew we were not eating at a 5 star restaurant but this place really lacked professionalism. We also had issues with the food. They forgot the cheese on our sandwiches and forgot other toppings. We were charged extra for the cheese and was told it was not able to be taken off of the bill because the system was “down”. We were reimbursed with cookies which were great! The staff was very apologetic with the check issue but overall just not a good experience. Hope this helps!

Went for breakfast with friend and out of town guests. Food was great, service is a little slower due to staffing issues. The waitresses that are working are doing there best and working hard. Be patient your retired.

I love this place. The selection and quality is so good you'd think you were at a NYC delicatessen. Except that the staff is so friendly you couldn't possibly be in NYC.

I have been a Toojay's customer since the first one was opened in The Villages, FL. Since the Toojay's opened at Brownwood, I have gone there.Today was the worse service, product, and rudeness I have ever encountered at any restaurant in my 81 years on this earth. I entered at 8 am while a person was holding the door open. I walked to the take-out counter where I always order the same product. So this product was ordered at 8:03 am and delivered at 8:17 am. I was the only person at the take-out counter. 10 minutes after I ordered my product, I asked the girl why I did not have my order. She said you need to be patient.I believe I was the customer and rudeness should never come from an employee but I guess TooJays does not adhere to that policy. To top things off, when I got home and checked my order, it was all from the inside which was all fat; I always asks for the end cut of the tongue.Since this company does not care about its customers, I will no longer be a customer.

We were treated like pigs! Waitress spilling our kids chocolate milk all over the floor on her way to the table, making a mess all over the table not cleaning any of it... throwing our silverware to the table, etc! DISGUSTING!!

After a short wait, we were seated and enjoyed a very tasty breakfast. Our waitress was very friendly and had a great way about her, it was only her 5th day working there. I ordered a cranberry muffin to go and I thought it was delicious too. I look forward to returning the next time I'm in Florida.

Good food! The salads are enormous! Many selections on the menu, omelets are available all day. Sandwiches are loaded with meat!Staff is accommodating, but some could be a little more personable.

We wanted French Onion Soup and found that Toojay's offered it. We ordered it as takeout. We also ordered Stuffed Cabbage and Roasted Brussel Sprouts Medley. All of the food was very good. A couple of days later, we went to Toojay's and ate at the restaurant with friends. My wife ordered the Reuben and a side a salad. Bother were excellent. I ordered French Onion soup and the shepherd's pie. The French Onion soup was as good as we had had as takeout. The shepherd's pie was good but was mostly mashed potatoes on top. There were very few vegetables beneath the mashed potatoes. If this had been as good as the other items, I would have given Toojay's an Excellent rating. We told the waitress about the shepherd's pie. We probably will go there again but I won't order the shepherd's pie next time.
