The young lady working drive through is rude and the food was cold. Not warm or room temperature but COLD like someone just pulled it out of the fridge. There were just 2 of us we didn't order anything crazy or make additions to or ask for it to be prepared in a particular way I didn't realize they needed to be told that the food should be hot.

When you are inside you cannot place an order. You can only use a Kiosk to place your order. A Kiosk doesn’t have the capability of allowing me to explain how I want my meal completed. When I asked the employee working there if she could take my order her response was you can only order by the Kiosk. Therefore I will never go to Taco Bell again. Another Company that has lost its Way

Two employees cars in the lot and menu boards on ,along with the lights on inside . 8 am and nobody responding at the drive thru what so ever . Not the only time this has happened.

Taco Bell has changed to a kiosk type of order system rather than humans. Actually, I think this is a pretty good idea but the kiosks are very slow and not well designed. As a direct result, you have to stand in line to get to a kiosk to place your order. But that's not why I gave only a two-star rating. After placing my order, I had to wait over 20 minutes for two tacos that cost me $8. I think that's ridiculous both price wise and wait time. Next time, I'll skip the line and make some delicious tacos myself. I don't recommend this location.

Consistent everytime. They did not provide sauce as requested.

One of the nicer facilities but the staff was to busy to be nice ?

Dear Taco Bell,I would first like to express my sincerest gratitude to the staff of store 029544 (?) on Wedgewood Lane in The Villages, FL.I asked if they had the ability to do the Double Decker, and my cashier was kind enough to politely check and explain why it wasn't exactly possible. I let them know it was quite alright and proceeded to order it disassembled (I've been eating these since the early 90's... I know what's up) and had the greatest encounter with your cashier. It says it was Hanna on my receipt, but whomever handled the drive-thru that night was perfect.I just wanna thank you guys for being so amazing. Your staff didn't know we'd just gotten out of a rough visit to the vet regarding our Psycho Psymon (cat), they didn't know we were tired and hungry and overworked at a restaurant in town (as I imagine some of them were as well).Your staff were just there. They made sure we had the snacks we would need to get through a rough night without knowing how rough it truly was. They were sweet and accommodating, they were everything you look for in customer service.Thank you for each and every member of your team. Thank you for your smiles. I know it's hard. Thank you for coming to work and for all of the snacks.Y'all the real MVP's.Sincerely,The girl that built a Double Decker.P.S. The cashier name on my receipt said Hanna, but EVERY SINGLE PERSON ON THE CLOCK THAT NIGHT DESERVES A SHOUT-OUT.

Service was good. Ordered at the kioskNo one manning the register unless u need help.Food was as expected.Would go back in the future.

Can't go wrong with the crunchwrap supreme, made perfectly and quickly, nice staff

We went through the drive thru. The staff was efficient. There was a bit of delay getting our food but it was accurate, fresh, very hot when it arrived. We ordered the value burritos which were an excellent value at $2 each.
