Other than they have a tendency at Starbucks (in general) to make my tea as a latte even though I order an English Breakfast tea (hint English)and I want a traditional tea with a tad of milk with sugar is annoying. Ask before assuming everything in there is foamy! The staff are very pleasant and welcoming 5 stars ⭐️ on that
Coffee was one great but, the other very poor. I got one inch of coffee and the rest frothy milk in a $5 cappuccino!
Does not have a drive through as described with Google. Pretty slow service for a Starbucks .
What's up Starbucks? New Hours everyone, check be4 you go to make sure they are open. I arrived at 1.30pm to find out that they were closed?! The sign posted on the door read "New Hours 5am-1pm". Other than that mishap, the coffee is good, and the location is great. No drive through service
Always love the coffee and the staff at Sumter Landing is like family.
Very friendly CO-Workers , I recommend this place.
Good place but I didn't get my almond croissant warmed.
I came here the other day and ordered my usual. A matcha latte with almond milk. It wasn’t until after I left I tasted my drink and realized they had put coffee instead of almond milk. Soooo I was drinking a Coffee matcha latte. Im not mad, I went to another Starbucks and got it fixed. But just future reference, there’s no coffee in any type of matcha latte. And I clarified this at the next SB, where they were confused at why my drink was brown and not green.
I got sick after, I think the whip cream was bad. My daughter in law also got sick.
This is the WORST Starbucks I have ever been too. (Or should I say deal with), I order Starbucks everyday! (I have been doing it for the past 10 years.). And I have lived several place and have traveled and been through several stores… BUT this one…. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! On my way to work, I did the mobile order under my significant others name since he surprised me for my birthday w/a gift card. My regular store… WHICH is NEVER open anymore, my mobile order was sent to this store, on my way to work, I found out that it was sent to the wrong store, so I called this store….NOW let me say this VERY VERY VERY clear, I am an essential employee and work in customer service, and if I handled a 911 call like this employee did…. I WOULD BE FIRED ON THE SPOT!!! I called in to say I had accidentally sent my order to store and that I wouldn’t be able to pick it up because I was going to work and it wasn’t on my way. She replied “Ok, I’ll throw it away” and hung up. YUP. HUNG UP ON ME! Then I called back, because Starbucks IS NOT CHEAP…. And the same girl answers the phone, I explain that I just called and that the girl hung up on me, and she responded “What you do want now?” Let me tell you, If your loved one called 911 and I answered “What do you want know?!” I would be looking at a new job quick fast and in a hurry, because I’m not going to have a job for that. And so I asked to speak to the manager, she said she was the manager…. (WAIT WHAT!?!?) So I asked her, “What is your name?” She refused to give me it, then she said “Are you kidding me?” First, if you’re the manager, you would give your name. Second, if she truly was the manager, I think the store owner should question what time of people they have running the store. And if that wasn’t enough, She hung up and blocked me from call back. Since, ALL I WANTED WAS THE MONEY BACK. Considering my experience with this Starbucks, They can keep the money… I will not EVER be going back. This customer for over 10 years, spending $50 a week, ordering 365 days a year… doesn’t want to this company. I will just take my $20,000 a year in coffee to someone else.
