I ordered medium well and this was my burger. I just wanted it cooked more but the manager wasn’t willing to even help us because “medium well is suppose to be pink” our child’s burger was also under cooked and were told for a child’s burger we should have asked for “extra well”. We didn’t want a free meal just for the food to be fixed. Manager just yelled to the server from the kitchen never even tried to talk to us.
Wow what a great place...its beautiful inside. The bartender Amber was super and so knowledgeable about the menu. The draft beers are poured in iced pilsner glasses ...what a fantastic presentation. The food was awesome. We will be back. Shout out to Amber, Victoria and Renee.... all served us and are wonderful. Very refreshing.
A small group of friends came in for dinner last night Friday the 13th. We were seated quickly and equally greeted by our server, Sara. I am a returning customer, but others in my party it was their 1st visit. Sara did a good job explaining and recommending some menu items. Quick and attentive in getting drinks started, with a side note, kudos to the bar staff for well made drinks. Sara was wonderful to come to the table, refresh drinks and check on satisfaction. This place has killer burgers. I went with the Juicy Lucy and it was off the chain. Served with what is hands down IMHO the best onion rings in Central Florida, this made for a good meal in a unique atmosphere. THANKS again Sara for your GREAT service for my out of town friends.
Went to Square one for dinner earlier tonight, food was excellent and our server Karlie was very attentive and helpful with choosing what to eat! The onion ring appetizer is totally worth it, for only $5 they where the best I’ve ever had me and my husband even had some to take home! Will be coming back next time we’re in town!
Me and my wife had came in for dinner at Square 1, we were greeted by a friendly hostess. Once we were sat our server Karlie got our drinks right away. The food was superior and I will be back again!!

This was the worst visit ever in a long string lousy food and bad service. I used to pay more for quality food and service. But I guess I will just have to snooze this restaurant for at least 30 days and just hope that they can get their act together.
Waitress said we could share a burger, fries, and beverage that was the Tuesday special $12. Husband ordered an extra beverage. After food was delivered, she informed us that she made a mistake and was in trouble with her manager as sharing wasn't allowed. Waitress said she'd have to charge us extra. We asked for the bill and indeed we were charged extra and also jyped as no side was served. Really poor customer service by management. Plenty of other restaurants in the area to choose from.
Being there a couple of times and Burgess where delicious. This time very disappointed! Order burger medium and got it well done! Meat didn't had no taste at all, great for vegetarian, but not for beef eaters! Onion rings over salted and I like salt! And on the some great reviews on their Chili,? I guess does reviews are from people that don't know what great Chili should taste like! But, worst of all my daughter came with family and my wife suggested Mexican and I talked her to Square 1. Just don't know what happened to this place like most restaurant in the area!
Really pricey. Aloha chicken sandwich and onion rings were good. Waitress only came back once. When she finally returned we had been done for a while and gave up on the refills. The old couple next to us got there food right after us and they had finished everything and she hadn't come back once for them. I'm surprised I gave them 3 stars.
