There is a glass barrier in front of the kitchen, which ensures a comfortable temperature for customers in the dining room, but I can feel the temperature in the kitchen on the other side of the glass barrier is already over 100 degrees Fahrenheit.I have many special requests for my diet, such as less oil, less sauce, soft boiled, spicy, etc. In such a harsh and high temperature environment, their employees still serve me patiently and meet my requirements one by one. I like this group of Chinese people very much.We should not be dissatisfied with this glass barrier. Heart to heart, would you be willing to serve others in a 100-degree kitchen? I don't want to, but someone has to do it.

The service was awkward and less than friendly towards us and the people in front of us. I’ve seen plexiglass barriers in to-go restaurants like this before but utilizing them requires better communication by the staff. They seemed incredibly rushed. The vegetables were crunchy and the meat was cooked well but all of our food tasted the same and was bland - the fried rice was indistinguishable from the cashew chicken and everything else we ordered. 3 stars seems spot on - I have definitely had worse Chinese food and everything here had the ingredients I expected, but nothing stood out at all.

Food is pretty decent! Egg rolls have to be one of the worse I’ve had at a Chinese restaurant which is very important to me /:

Great food, efficient service and reasonable prices for the quantity per meal - would highly recommend, especially for a quick and filling lunch.

Had beef and broccoli. Beef did not taste like beef at all. Wife had General Tsos Chicken. Tasted more like orange sauce. Chicken itself was dried out. Have eaten there before with no issues but that was a few years ago. Maybe staff change. Not going back.

Service was a awkward experience. Got sesame chicken and a chicken lo mein. The sesame chicken was way over cooked and the lo mein chicken had no flavor not even from the sauce they cook the lo mein in, and on top of the over cooked, tasteless food I found a hair in my lo mein. I’m not one to usually complain but I’ll never be coming back.

I found it funny that they have a full plexiglass barrier to protect them from covid19 but the front door and the back door, in the kitchen area, are wide open for bugs and whatever to get inside. A big fat no for me. I turned around and left without ordering anything. Went somewhere else.

I've been here for 20 years and that is a place I always went to 142 Mulberry and the Chinese food is always great and the people are nice
