Went there last Sunday. Long waiting line. Not enough help. Disappointed went to another restaurant where they had the help.
I no longer eat or take out from what was my favorite restaurant. After three week of being put on hold for extended amount of time, I hung up and called back. I was told to quit calling as they were busy and would eventually take my order. I have quit calling and will never go there again.
These guys are great. This is my favorite location due to the awesome waitstaff and management. Any time we have had a problem ( which is rare) they always have made it right. Even though they are in the villages they still maintain an awesome attitude and the prices are always fair. Luv luv liv this place ?
Food was fantastic. Service left a lot to be desired. There were 4 of us in our party. The waitress asked us what we would like to drink and when we asked for water we were informed we were no fun. I do not drink alcoholic beverages and do not need them to be or to have fun. Our order was placed and we watched everyone around us that came in after us get their food and finish eating while we were still waiting for our food. 35 minutes later our cheeseburgers finally came out and we're not right. My sandwich was to be medium and it was medium well. Another in our party was to be medium and his was well done. Another of the group was to have fries and got tater tots instead. Waitress never came back until dropping off bill. She asked how our food was and when she was told how it was she quickly blamed it on being too many customers.
Have not been to a RT in years but have visited this location a couple of times recently. Had the $5 lunch hamburger which was deliciousA week later tried the $6.99 salad bar which was also tasty with a lot of variety. A nice place for lunch.
We left before being seated.Upon arrival there was a line with a couple of parties ahead of us 8-9 individuals. While waiting in line for a while there was no sign of a hostess. I decided to use the Men's room only to find it disgusting and smelling foul of urine. Upon returning to the waiting line the hostess returned informing the previous parties it would be a good 20 minute wait. I received the same estimated waiting time and asked what was the hold up as I had seen only half of the seating occupied. She replied there were only 2 wait staff, as much as our party desired to Dine at Ruby Tuesday we decided to go elsewhere

We opted for the daily special of sirloin steak & baked potato. It was so tender & flavorful. Our service was great. We were very happy!
