My mother is handicapped. We called in advance to make a reservation. They said to come down right away they would seat us. When we arrived they asked if we had a reservation. We told the woman taking names that we called to make a reservation but she said we would now have to wait. It was 10 minutes later from when we called. She did sit us quickly. Our waitress Elizabeth was very sweet and helpful. Our dinner came but the risotto, pasta and vegtables were cold. They sent replacements all cold. They did not really care. The waitstaff is great. The kitchen needs work.
We ate at Redsauce tonight, and were disappointed! My husband had chicken piccata, penne pasta and vegetables and it tasted like it was carried over from the brunch. It didn't taste fresh. My special spinach salad was average. We felt that the food quality has went down. We will consider another restaurant next time!
June 18th we decided to try the Brunch that was advertised in the Daily Sun. Had not been to Redsauce in 4 years. We arrived as it opened @ 9 am. Tryston was our very polite and attentive server. The atmosphere/ decorations are old style elegant. The mimosas are large. I had 2! Now to the food: everything was fresh and delicious! Omelet station; Carving station; Bagels & Croissants; all types of salads; Antipasto; Waffles; Pizza; Chilled shrimp; Meatballs; and lots of deserts. The fresh strawberries were perfect!!! Tryston was constantly removing our dishes. Well worth the $17. The only hick up was the coupon we cut out of the paper. We assumed it could be used with the brunch but alas no. No prob! We will be back for dinner so we can use the coupon. HIGH RECOMMEND!
Went for evening snack after watching the amazing entertainment at the Lake Sumter Square. It was convenient to try this place because it was right beside the square. We were seated promptly, with a smile even if it was late in the evening. Our server ( regretfully don’t remember her name) was very attentive to our needs. We had 2 beers, a vegetable pizza and a house salad. The portions were big , we even brought some back .Everything was great, I definitely would recommend this place.
More than the amazing food is the amazing service and the care that goes into making each experience great. Jack, the owner, is always visible to his staff and guests, going above and beyond to make your family feel welcomed and accommodated. This transcends throughout his team - Kathy at the host stand finding a way to get you seated quickly, Heather making sure every detail is attended to, Christiane and Kim hustling at the outdoor bar, and in our most recent experience Alyssa winning server of the year as she waited on 15 of us in celebration of my mother's birthday. A huge thank you to the entire team as there are many others behind the scenes and that have supported each one of our visits. You all rock!
A couple of friends and I stopped by during some Golfing to get a bite and some drinks and the Food was absolutely stupendous! Better yet, our server Arizone was the Happiest Most enthusiastic server we've ever had! She made sure everything went smoothly and was always there when we needed something. Definitely need more people like her around, she's a star!

Wonderful flavors and great menu options. We tried Red Sauce for lunch on a whim while we were here and we're pleasantly surprised at the powerful flavors of each dish. The pasta had a great flavor throughout with a good combination of ingredients to compliment each other. The panini was also exploding with taste and really hit the spot in all the right ways.
Omg the burger had to be one of the best I ever had. Coleslaw also pretty darned good. Fries were thin cut and came out fresh and hot.Nick, our server was awesome, thanks, will return. Great job team!
I rated this a 5 because of both the food and our waiter Shaun. Our waiter was very attentive and personable. The food was awesome and everyone at our table was satisfied with their meal.
