Had dinner at Prima tonight with our Birthday Group of 12. All dinners were excellent and came out nice and hot. Service by Maria and her helper were spot on. Would only like to see one item added to the menu, the Sicilian pizza that they served at Milano’s when they owned it.
The food was...I guess okay. I had the Chicken Parmesan. It was luke warm and a little dry for my liking. It definitely needed more sauce, but again, it was okay. The service on the other hand was outstanding. Our server was very tentative, cheerful and polite.

Interesting menu that appears to change, which is good. The 3 items I intended on ordering were not available, menu photos here were from 4/17/22. Plenty of other great options. Beet salad needed a bit more seasoning or dressing but was good, calamari was good for this area, Grouper was in a great lemon sauce, crab/lobster cakes were good, eggplant Parm was acceptable. The service was great in a busy atmosphere. Kudos to them and would definitely check this restaurant out again.
Easter Dinner was fabulous. Food was exceptional and our waiter, Charlie, was THE BEST ever. Many staff members stopped by to say happy Easter and the owner himself came by to make sure everything was good. Couldn't ask for a better place to go to eat.
Amazing customer service, great menu, and all 4 meals were accurate and delicious. No leftovers here! We all really enjoyed this dinner.... so much that my mother and I returned two days later for lunch. Great ambience and lengthy wine list.
With reservations we were seated promptly upon arrival. Hand sanitizer was on each table. Server quickly took drink order, then brought us warm bread with oil & seasoning for dipping. For starters we enjoyed oysters Rockefeller,served with sides of horseradish sauce and hot sauce, which were delicious. We tried a variety of meals .. lasagna (generous portion & very tasty), chicken parmesan (large chicken breast) over spaghetti, short ribs w/cheese tortellini in a rich cream sauce w/mushrooms, and salmon Oscar served over a cheesy risotto. Only negative, the pasta dishes weren't piping hot when served. Give this place a try, you'll be glad you did!
I went with my two girlfriends back to the Prima Steakhouse after the first visit was a complete disaster. George the GM invited us back. Two of us had the Delmonico steak and the third person had the lobster and crab cannelloni. The steak was cooked to perfection and had a delicious flavor. The sauce on the cannelloni was superb. I had a Caesar salad with their freshly grated Parmesan cheese on top which was extremely crisp and tasty. For dessert I ordered a cappuccino and the chocolate decadent cake. The size of the chocolate cake was absolutely enormous. The cake the flavor, design, and moisture was outstanding. The presentation of the entrées and a dessert was amazing
I was charged over $50 for a prime ribeye that was chewy and grisly. I will say the service was impeccable. However, good service doesn’t trump bad food. I won’t be going back!
Damon is awesome ! The service here is absolutely 5 star , food 5 star ! I've never been to a restaurant before that had several managers working the floor , you Waite for nothing here , sincerely , Carl
