Great place for coffee, snacks or a healthy salad. My fave.

This store is filthy. So many things wrong that we can see in front of us, what about what we can not see.

Met a good friend for lunch. Got a chance to catch up in this relaxing establishment.For cafeteria style, Panera is a cut above. The food is fresh and depending on your order made on the spot.

Each time we come, the service and the food are worse. Tonight all orders were packaged as "take out". This has happened before with no explanation. They had no broccoli soup and minimal bagel options. When I filled my coffee, there was no half and half available. I requested it and after about 5 minutes they came with a bottle of half and half and started filling the carafe marked 2%. I stopped them. My coffee was only slightly warm so I did a refill to warm it. They were out of my selection so I used another. It was still barely warm so I had to use the microwave. When we went to throw our trash away, the container was totally full and paper products were thrown on top of dirty dishes. Totally unacceptable! Especially since we paid $17 for 2 bowls of soup served in cardboard, ate with plastic spoons plus had one slightly warm medium coffee.

This place always delivers good food and two people can dine for a decent price. We usually get out at around $25.

Wonder breakfast this morning. Our waitress was fast and cheerful. Her name was Lola. First time I have visited on a Friday. We got seated right away. No signing in for a change.

I stopped there hoping to get a breakfast sandwich. Didnt know that breakfast was over. I asked the person at the counter if there was any way I could get a breakfast sandwich. She was quite rude said no that they were out of eggs I ended up with a bagel that seemed like it was a day old. Very disappointed!

Always closed early or not taking online orders. Nobody working there cares about the business. No smiles, no enthusiasm. This branch makes Panera as a whole look bad. They need to do something with this place or leave the villages so another restaurant can make good use of the space.

Took over 20 mins to get my food. Short staffed. Hope things get better for the place soon as I love Panera

Extremely disappointed. I had preordered breakfast on door dash to be delivered the next day to a friend’s grieving family. The morning of the delivery, I called the store and spoke to the manager Katie asking her to “please ensure the order was well put together, due to the circumstances” her response was “ok….” and hung up. 10 minutes later I received a notification from door dash saying Panera had cancelled my order. When I called back, Katie claimed there was never any order and offered 0 solutions to this issue. Terrible customer service and extreme lack of kindness. Sad.
