Tonight we visited Outback Steakhouse in The Villages for the first time in over 8 months. Our last visit was horrible. This time they knocked it out of the park. Had the best steak I have had in a while as well as the best service in quite a while anywhere. We also had dietary restrictions and the cook staff nailed it perfectly. We will definitely be back again!!! Thank you to Jalen for amazing service and professionalism.

Received one sandwich completely raw, ate the other sandwich and got food poisoning!! The $22 meal with steak and shrimp was 4 small pieces of steak and 4 small shrimp. Will never return.

There were several people waiting in line, no one would acknowledge any of us to get a table. Restaurant was mostly empty. I seen at least 5 party’s leave as did we as well as the several people behind us. Most disturbing was we could see the staff at least 5 of them. They were talking and joking but no one would come over. We went to another restaurant straight across the way. Service here is great. Just a shame

Thank you Jason (server) for you attention and excellent service. After having a bad experience at Texas Roadhouse, you saved our night. We have never had a bad experience here, just one situation and the manager fixed it in within 5 min. We know we can always come back for a great food and excellent service. (Although my steak was a little to spicy for my like) ?.

The service was good, but it ended there. Overcooked and underwhelming. Shrimp on the barbie tasted and looked like frozen shrimp. Orded steak cooked medium, received close to well done. I'm not a guy to be unreasonable, so they had an off day. Still sad when meals become gambles.

I've been to this one a few times and had take out. Last week, I ordered a well done steak. It was still moving, so they cooked it again but it smelled like it was rotting. You could smell it right from the plate. Every time I've gone there or had take out something was wrong. This is the first time I have ever complained about a restaurant. I'll be going to the one further away from us from now on. I love Outback, but no thanks at this one.

Smoke and mirrors. It's on the menu and they are out of it... Not once but 8 times over 6 weeks.. What are they out of? Prime Rib. Never fails. Aside filthy bar area that used plates are piling up and not moving anywhere. Sure thr bar is understaffed but this is a sign that thr management is horrible. Proved by saw him once and he vanished. Did nothing Don't waste your time. Go to. Leesburg instead

Great experience with birthday celebration

A week or so ago I’d ordered delivery. The order wasn’t done quite right ie: overcooked steak, missing items, etc. I called and spoke with manager Marsha. She was very understanding and explained they were short staffed, which is understandable at this time. She not only gave me a full refund, but when she mailed it, she included a very nice, apologetic note with a card. I’ve never experienced this before, especially the CARD! I will definitely go back as I realize things happen and places get busy. She’s a gem. Give the girl a raise!!
