Horrible cold food and it was also burnt. If it was burnt at least it should have been at least warm. One of the worst I've been in. I live less than a mile from it and if I want McDonald's I go to another one. Don't really go there often anyway but if I do the McDonald's on Wedgewood Blvd by Walmart Supercenter is usually pretty good.Colony McDonald's is complete garbage!!!
There was a long line for drive thru, but it was lunch time (12:30). They got my order wrong my crispy chicken sandwich was burnt and had nothing but the buns also asked for a iced vanilla coffee with extra vanilla lite ice and got a regular iced coffee. As for customer service they were nice. I didn't return to get my order right the wait would be to long and my break would be over. So double check your order before leaving.
On this day 3/05/2022 @ 10pm It was ok, Staff was Nice, Fries we're fresh for once. Just hope McDonald's will one day get back to 60 Seconds from Window to Window, that's how we had to do it when I worked there as a teenager back in 87-90.
Stopped for breakfast on 3/30/22 @ 6:30am, had no sausage, bacon, ham, or chicken. Service could have been a bit better. No welcomes or apologies. Ordered a coffee and left.
I didn't get the food that I ordered. I was short a McGriddle and Amanda the manager tried to tell me that I was going to have to go all the way back around and reorder that she wasn't going to ring me up at the window. Not only that but I paid $4.25 for a McGriddle that cost $4.20 rather than her just giving it to me because the woman who took my order had to ask me three times what my order was. Then when I asked what the managers name was the girl at the window didn't want to tell me as if it's some top secret special agent. If I could give them a ZERO tasting I would. I'll NEVER go back
Super nice people in the drive thru today. Order was correct and made well. Fast service
KFC ran out of chicken so it went to McDonalds. Chicken Mcnuggets were cold. I asked for honey mustard and ranch. I got ranch and honey that was open and dripped all over the food. What happen to customer service.
It can be hit or miss at this location, but mostly a good experience! The food is usually hot & fresh! All pluses!
Had a small problem with my order. The manager went above and beyond what she needed to do and corrected the issue. Very polite and professional. I will go back there
Colony McDonald's is excellent. Excellent management. Staff are very helpful even under stress. Be kind to them. Some are new and overwhelmed with customers. Check out the McDonald's app for discounts and rewards. It's an excellent tool for saving time and money. Well done!!
