Great chocolate and amazing staff. We were all warmly greeted when we stopped in and when made a selection, the associate also offered additional selections available without being pushy. Great stop!
Have been here a couple times and it’s been great but tonight was a disaster. We got in line we asked for chocolate and our server said they were out. Then we asked for the cappuccino and our server said they were out, we walk forward to the front to see that there’s a brand new tub of cappuccino out and I ask wait is that the cappuccino and another server rudely says “that one right there?”So then we get the cappuccino, are appalled at the service and as soon as they check us out they bring out a new tub of chocolate?!?I go back in to ask why they didn’t inform us they had chocolate and they kept saying “well it was out at that time”. Why not give us the option to wait for a new tub if they were going to bring it out right away. Again just absolutely disappointed because the product is great but service tonight was terrible by not 1 but 2 people on staff (around 8:35pm 6/16/2022 - Spanish Springs)
We stopped in for ice cream. It was delicious!!! We both had a scoop on a waffle cone. The serving is huge. The staff was very friendly and did not rush us or anyone else that came in. We only wanted ice cream, but they have a lot of other items such as caramel apples that looked very good. We will definitely return.
It was so good beat ice cream I've ever had.
Honestly the Best ice cream and waffle cone i have even eaten. True authentic ice-cream, freshly baked waffle cones you can smell the sweetnees in the air as you walk down the street towards Kikwins. I had Rum & Raisin, And the Macinock Island Fudge scoops. Highly recommended!! Thanks, Jay Broad!
6.49 dollars for an ice cream (single cone) !!! Then have the cheek to charge a minimum of 10% gratuity. Seriously, great ice cream, but this is a rip off, plain and simple.
So sad it was my birthday tonight, came in with my entire family and couldn’t get a chocolate malt because they are “too busy to make shakes”…..I guess since I’m a “busy medical provider”, that I shouldn’t listen to my patients heart or lung sounds on days if “I’m so busy”, service is service and should be provided. Staff were so rude, you couldn’t even have the opportunity to see what flavor you wanted, it was like you were being treated like a herd of cows to “keep the line moving”, I’m so shocked and disappointed, we will never go back. We would have all been happy to wait for a shake, not one person or other customer was being inpatient. Staff need customer service training desperately.
My daughter loves coming here and getting a little treat usually a chocolate covered pretzel. And my husband was coming here to get his nice big piece of Walnut chocolate fudge. It's always a messed up and we have family in town and if I wanted a diet I probably would be there everyday
Employees are rude! They rush you to move forward without time to even look at the flavors. If you can’t handle a crowd get a new job. All 12 of us are in the same birthday family! So sad!!! 3/4 of us did not even get to order since we could not even look at the flavors?♀️Paula C.
This store has both ice cream and candy. This was our second visit. I had apple pie ice cream, and my husband had chocolate sea salt caramel ice cream. Our first visit to the store didn't go so well, but the service recovery was prompt and excellent. Thank you, Dale!
