We all ordered spicy chicken sandwich combo. Person who took order did great at multi tasking. Unorganized behind counter. Had to wait along time after getting food to get someone's attention to ask for more ketchup.
They don’t allow you to come into the lobby, which okay no biggie we can do drive thru. But they COULD have a much better attitude about it and not mumble under their breath how annoyed they are at you. Then you sit in the drive thru for at least 30 minutes, only for them to get your order wrong. Oh and they won’t answer the phone either when you try to call to make the situation right. ?? horrible location (Oxford side of the villages)
Father's Day. Hmmm. 3 workers on at 5:05pm. I, along with 12 other vehicles wait for someone, anyone to take an order at drive-thru. At 5:45, after 5 cars leave, the rest of us are STILL waiting for someone, ANYONE, to take an order. People walk in, walk right out with no food in their hands. A young man answers at drive-thru, we are closing at 6. STILL not taking an order from a car that is now 4 cars ahead of me. I say this, I get there is a shortage of help but come on, after 40 min of sitting and waiting in line, NOT 1 ORDER was taken. No management on duty. 3 employees overwhelmed....NEVER AGAIN! Shut your doors KFC.
I went to the 466 KFC at about noon. The gal had just finished cleaning the door entryway.. She was very pleasant, helpful. I know they've had a bunch of bad reviews. BUT with things being as bad as they are, the group there on Memorial Day were prompt, sweet, working hard. It's hard to manage a restaurant opening when people don't show up to work, or quit with no notice. Cut them some slack. BTW, loved the Cole slaw, Thanks.
We left our house in Oxford after placing a mobile order. We arrived at KFC, drive through is packed. No big deal. After a delightful 45 minutes waiting in the drive through on 04/05/2022 from 715-801 we pull up the drive through. Tell them mobile order “Caitlyne” and that we would like to add 12 more biscuits. We get to the window, they tell us unfortunately they can’t fill the order. They don’t have time to make the bowls , and they can’t replace it with chicken that would equal that dollar amount. Highly disappointed..
New location. Went there today 4th time getting better but not there yet. Short on help like everywhere else in The Villages. I did FINALLY get Original Recipe this time they were out the last 3 times. , very good. I give props to Chris good job! working behind the counter if everyone there worked as fast as he did they would not have as many long waits for food. Everyone else worked like it was a Sunday stroll in the park.
This location has the worst customer service ever. We waited in line for 30 minutes and there was not a single person in front of us. Over the drive through speaker they said “sorry we’re out of titties” after we waited over 30 minutes for them to answer. Mind you it was only 8pm. We ignored the inappropriate comment and went ahead and ordered. When we got to the window we asked for honey and ranch and they didn’t put it in the bag. I went inside and 6 workers were standing in a group on their phones and talking while there was a line at the speaker. Not a single person was doing their job. I will never go back again. They’re purposely trying to get customers to leave so they don’t have to do their job.
We walked in, after 6pm, there were several persons waiting for their orders, they stated over 20 minutes, I was in line to order and a female employee announced that 2 different peices of KFC chicken were out. It appeared to me that there was major confusion with staff, and no one in charge, the drive through had a minimum of 8 cars, with the drive thru having issues also. I LEFT WITHOUT PLACING AN ORDER. This KFC needs better management during ALL shifts.
Rude staff waited almost 30 min to use drive thru cus the staff is more concerned with hanging out smoking than actually working. Don't waste your time find a better one in my opinion.
Not great. Line always wrapped around the building but they NEVER have chicken or they will tell you 30 minute wait after waiting in the line 20 minutes to place your order. I have been 4 or 5 times different times of the day and evening and same thing everytime. CRAZY a chicken restaurant that continuously runs out of chicken!
