We have been there six times. Three of the times, the food took forever to come out even though it was not busy. There is management present as they sit at one of the corner tables working. The food is good, the prices are fair. The setting is beautiful and the room is well maintained. That is why we gave it four stars. We would go there more often if the service was better.

Even with reservations they did not have tables ready and they were really disorganized. We split our party so we could sit as we got their 12:30 and brunch was over at 2:00. At least 4 entrees they ran out of. The desserts were lacking and when they brought out cheese cake, it was a limited number, like 15. Mind you there were at least 200 people eating and more waiting to get in so they were gone in minutes. So disorganized. Mimosas were orange juice with sparkling water and a dash of champagne.

We are beyond thrilled to have our favorite bartender back at Glenview. Kristi is always quick and attentive. The food, drinks, and easy banter with the staff always brightens our day. Plus, Kristi makes the BEST martinis in the villages. We love glenview!

I do realize that everyone is short staffed including management. I made a reservation three weeks ago for four indicating anniversary, first time there, would like a view. The manager never even looked at the reservation, sat the 4 of us down in the corner of the room with all paper shades indicating do not touch shades! I asked to move to at least one table over to see outside. Waitress said we have no water glasses, I can’t find any. I have only been here two weeks and I really don't’ need to work here. Drinks were so completely messed up as server said it was so noisy she didn’t hear what we were saying. The waitress brought us one plate of food. What is this? We never ordered yet. Another half hour went by and I said “would you please take our order”. My husband ordered the one pasta disk on the menu of five items. He got the wrong pasta which was off the menu and the waitress said it is an up charge. What are you talking about? We didn’t order this. As we were leaving, I noticed we NEVER GOT AN ACTUAL MENU just a five-item special menu. It was bizarre, super loud as you can’t have a conversation. The few servers that do well are way over worked. The entire experience was… pretty bad. It would be a gem with the right management and servers.

I haven’t seen a group of people work that hard in a very long time. Richard got a table cleaned and ready for us so quickly, and Santos was constantly moving keeping the food areas supplied and clean. There is a carving station with pork and roast beef. Cliff worked hard to ensure we got the temperature of meat we wanted. The omelette station had lots of choices, and the cook made sure my eggs were cooked exactly the way I wished. A pancake station included lots of mix ins for delicious pancakes. There were lots of fresh fruits and desserts as well. We ate way too much - wear loose clothes!

The breakfast buffet was fantastic, and it includes bottomless mimosa. Plenty to eat and choose from. Nicole was a wonderful waitress and Richard at the front was fabulous as well. Highly recommend.

We were seated quickly by the owner Jack. Friday night was busy. We ordered the fish and were served quickly. Our waitress Patty was hustling but checked on us 3-4 times. She made sure we had all condiments when our food arrived. She offered dessert and briefly described the menu. She was prompt with our check and ran our card and returned to the table speedily. We eat there most Friday nights. The pot roast is excellent, good burgers. Nice salads too.

We love eating at Glenview CC for the great dishes and pleasant atmosphere. However, highest praise goes to the new, young waitress, Veronika who served our table of 4 for our birthday celebration. She was perfect in every way, always smiling and giving thoughtful attention to our needs. When we return, we're going to ask for her to be our server!

Some meals are alright and others are not. I had baked haddock last night and it was mushy. The mixed drinks are more expensive than in most venues. My wife had blackened chicken which she liked. The beef selection is limited. The service was moderate. We had even here often, probably not the future….. too many better choices in my opinion. This is not a country club restaurant. It is a restaurant on a golf course…… there’s a big difference!

Visited my cousin in the Villages, Florida 3 weeks ago and we had an early dinner in Glenview Country Club. It's crowded and we had to wait for our food for some times but one of our orders was a little bit too long, we didn't complain but the manager came and apologized for the inconvenience and she gave us free desserts (cheese cake & chocolate cake) after our dinner. All the food was good and the staff were very helpful especially Michael ? There's a live music outside and the singer & band were good. We really enjoyed our time in Glenview Country Club
