Food was great. Service was a little slow but most places are that way because no one will go work so everyone is short handed.
The food was very delicious, the service started out good but then she got preoccupied by talking to other staff members. Leaving us waiting and waiting until we finally had to ask someone for boxes and our check. I understand getting busy with other customers but not staff members. Food is what saved them.
Service was okay but the order was completely messed up and food was not good. One of the cooks came to the front door entrance to tell a customer he wasn’t making their wings again (which they never asked) since they took so long to come get them, even though from what I heard in the commotion the order was messed up in the beginning and that’s why they were getting more wings …tsssh talk about customer service smh this is not a good place to go and I will not refer anyone to this place to eat. Very unorganized and food not good and bad customer service.
Always great food and very consistant from location to location. Today we had an app. sampler with cheese sticks and double buffalo shrimp and 10 grilled Jamaican Jerk wings. Then Wings put places like Hooters and Toot's to shame. I reccomend the grilled Wings with your favorite sauce or rub. Prizes are reasonable fur the quality of food.Having been to several locations they are always clean and have a friendly staff.
Gator tail was great the rest of the food was OK. Lots of tvs in this place if u like that. I imagine there are better places to eat nearby. Nothing special about this place but Gator.
We arrived around 5:30 on 3/1/22 and were greeted by the manager who told us is would be a 30 minute wait because there were only 2 servers working. Our gut said go somewhere else...we should have trusted our gut. He put us at a booth after about 15 minutes saying that our server would be with us when she can, but he'll get drinks for us while we wait. As soon as he left to get the drinks a server showed up to take our order...that was the last we saw of her. Cigarette smoke from outside seating was drifting in through the windows... not very appetizing. About 5 minutes before our food was brought to us by a runner, we were wondering if they lost our ticket. We got the Gator Nachos (as an entree) and Gator Gumbo. The Nachos were average and the gumbo wasn’t very hot…temperature wise. But, OMG, it was so spicy hot! So hot that I couldn’t taste any other flavors. I like spicy foods, but this was too spicy…and no drink refills! The gumbo was also too thick. After waiting for too long, we flagged down the manager to get our check. I get that they are understaffed, but there really weren't many tables to tend to since people weren't being seated until they could be served. Maybe one day when they have enough wait staff, we’ll come back, but will never get the gumbo again.
Good food and drinks. Also a good place to watch a game
Tried to go for dinner. Stood at the host's area for 10 minutes. No host. Waitresses passed by - did not look at anyone waiting. Host came back for a moment, sat a party of 2, never returned. No one cared. I'll never return here.
We drove quite a while to get to this destination to eat dinner before dropping our daughter off at camp only to be told that they closed off outdoor seating because they were short staffed. I don't feel comfortable eating inside right now because I am high risk so this was a major disappointment. I understand being short staffed however I would not have been as mad if I had not seen three other tables being seated outside after the fact. The manager was rude when I tried to explain that I saw other people being seated after we had already asked and he tried to give me this story that was those were the last people on their list yet two other tables were seated even after that. So I guess they're just picking and choosing who they decide to let sit outside. Oh well won't be back there again even if I'm in the area I will never go back to that establishment for the way they treated us.
Friendly servers and great food! It was a bit chilly and my server made a pot of coffee for me! It was great! ???
