Five guys has been great for years but the concept is stale and needs an update. The only change is that everything gets more expensive with inflation. Also would like to see them come out with a mini concept of french fries because the smallest one is just way too big for one person. Maybe they could have five fries with your five guys ha ha!

I love Five Guys. Great burgers, made the way YOU like it. What could be better? And their shakes are awesome! The restaurant was clean and the restrooms clean. This was my first time visiting THIS particular Five Guys. The staff were great. Our orders were taken quickly and served in minutes. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to a friend.

Drastically overpriced if you ask me. Especially compared to equivalent or even better restaurants nearby. It's fast food for the price of sit down dining minus the tip. Not worth it.

Excellent as always. Food and service was on time. It's hard to beat five guys, but quite pricey, so you get what you pay for.

I love 5 guys and this places doesn't disappoint. You have to give time for great food so if your expecting super fast food don't go here.

We wanted to sit outside but people not buying from this store was sitting in the seating area. 5 guys should enforce this for their patrons

Cashiers were friendly and milkshakes were good but it was very dirty and had an extremely long wait time (15 minutes) for 2 milkshakes.

Food was great. Prices are way high. Cajun fries rule.

Nothing fancy but the burgers are always very good and the fries are excellent Staff is always friendly and helpful. Price is reasonable. They don't always have the drink selection in their machine

Ordered online. Said will be ready in 10 min. Showed up in 13 min still had to wait 15 min. A guy started making our 3 milkshakes ordered made one partial then walked away. Forgot to put whip cream on them. Walked away and never returned so we just left nobody acknowledged us standing there still.
