This DD is operated very bad. They close early if they feel like it, so, hours of operation on the door do not truly reflect accurate times of service. The times they do open, the staff (at least 2 at all times) always have a sob story that the food station is closed because they are "under staff" and they only serve donuts. On eperson can hustle taking orders and preparing drinks as the other prepares the food. It's DD, they just have to microwave and toast bread, there's no real kitchen... The staff literally told me that it's too much work for her to clean it up after so the food station is closed and chalk it up to under staff. I couldn't believe what I was hearing. This branch is losing a substantial amount of revenue because of staff. You're better off going to MCDONALD'S next door.
Nicolle and her staff are always friendly and courteous. Saturday morning is a busy spot. In and out no issues. The Villages does Dunkin.
Been sitting in the drive thru for 15 minutes. Now late for work. It’s like this EVERYTIME I come here. I hate this Dunkin’ but it’s closest to my job and I come here hoping no one is in the drive thru. The SLOWEST Dunkin’ Donuts EVER! One day I had been waiting forever while 2 employees were taking out the trash playing by the dumpster. ?
DUNKIN CORPORATE PLEASE LISTEN UP!! Can you not put some standards in place to provide any degree of CONSISTENCY in your beverages? Why is it that some days the coffee is delicious and some days it's disgusting? The disgusting days make you scared to go to Dunkin. Please provide your employees with actual recipes and make it easy for them to follow! I have never experienced more inconsistency in coffee quality and taste anywhere else in my entire life!
Nothing worse than customers waiting (15 minutes and I had to leave) and watching one employee do everything while others in the back piddling around chatting and doing nothing. I won’t be back. You didn’t get my money and you won’t have the chance again.
First, the bacon was cold. Second, I ordered a Bismark and there was no icing in the center. I went back and they gave me another Bismark and took the old one back. No icing in the center of that one either. I empathize with businesses for being short of help but those that are working need to be trained properly. I called and asked to speak to the manager but she was not there. I spoke with Julia, assistant manager. She apologized. End of conversation.
Much better, less wait time and order mistakes. Watched a mgr. working well with employees and working together as a team. Hope it continues. I stopped going for a while but happy to see the positive turn around so I will be back!
They gad a sign on the speaker . No lattes no this no that. I traveled in the hot sun with my client to his favorite spot. He was very disappointed .
Got there this morning horrible ? there my avocado toast so not toasted and I ordered a LG unsweetened tea with 4 sweet now and got a medium unsweetened tea it was nasty and soggy old hashbrowns and there was no one in drivethru it was not busy at all my first time there and I will never go back disgusting needs alot of HELP
Was planning to go to Starbucks but was running behind and Dunkin Donuts was closer to my appointment so I decided to go there instead. Waited over ten minutes in line only to pull out and get my coffee at McDonald’s (which I didn’t want) because the staff was so condescending and rude. Also two items that were heavily advertised online as well as all over their actual drive-thru menu were “discontinued”..which is totally fine if they are, I understand, but don’t advertise them! Black out or remove those items from your menu so it’s not so confusing. If I could give them negative stars I would. Drive a couple miles down the road and get yourself some Starbucks.
