DUNKIN CORPORATE PLEASE LISTEN UP!! Can you not put some standards in place to provide any degree of CONSISTENCY in your beverages? Why is it that some days the coffee is delicious and some days it's disgusting? The disgusting days make you scared to go to Dunkin. Please provide your employees with actual recipes and make it easy for them to follow! I have never experienced more inconsistency in coffee quality and taste anywhere else in my entire life!
I typically get up before breakfast is served at many of the hotels we stay at so I was very pleased to see that Dunkin' in the Square opened at 6a. I buy Dunkin' for our Keurig at home, so delighted they were so close. Nice crew. I noted many regulars the several days we were there :-)
The staff is so awesome here. Love coming in when we are in town!
Friendly employees but not one donut in the place at 7:30pm. We bought coffee and sat in dining room and were told to leave at 8:10pm because they were closing. The Paddock Square was full of people looking for hot coffee and a donut
Enjoyed their holiday selection of donuts also has q very great caramel latte!
For such a busy fast-paced place the service is excellent the staff is very friendly and efficient Shana is so pleasant and very efficient.
Listen I'm not at all impressed with Dunkin as a business model. They still sell doughnuts however they're not great & they don't make them when they're out. So you go in with your friends who want coffee & can't even get a simple glazed doughnut or for that matter at 2pm on Saturday over ½ the menu was unavailable.
Went in around 5:40pm and they claimed all of their machines were down and weren’t able to make anything besides hot coffee and iced coffee, no espresso, no lattes, nothing frozen, when they don’t even close until 7 pm. If I wanted hot coffee I would’ve made some at home. The cashier was super rude, didn’t seem like she wanted to be there and still got my order wrong.
Coffee was really good but young lady at the counter scoffed at me and hit her hand on the counter when I was ordering and in the middle of the order she interupted me very bluntly to tell me the total. Then slammed the drink on the counter and left. Normally id pass this off as a bad day for her, but everytime we go in shes like this.
I had a bad experience with one of the service workers here. I won't go into what happened, but I will not be going back to this particular store. I may still go to a different Dunkin' but I prefer small donut stores anyway. Chain stores just don't have the kind of variety I am looking for when going for donuts. Dunkin' does have good coffee though.
