The lobby is always closed and my truck is too big to fit through the drive-through so since I cannot go in or go through your drive-thru I'm basically being turned away like it's never open I have watched multiple peopleTry to walk inAnd then leave because the Lobby is closed you are losing hundreds of dollars a day by refusing to open the lobby
Donuts require hands to fully savor. First stop was the rest room. EWWW! GROSS! Although early, the toilet still boasted the disgusting mess from the previous user. Not just the yellowed water in the toilet bowl, but plenty of bright yellow moist marks he left as well. The unsanitary situation was further made disturbing by the empty paper towel dispenser.
Sad that I was charged $10 for breakfast deliver and waited over an hour to get order. Found out there is a better alternative. 4MinuteVid.com
bad service to begin with the app does not notify you that the product is not available often I arrive at the store and my incomplete order was only the drink that in fact was large and I could literally count the pieces of ice and the sandwich I ordered was not waiting The clerk comes out from behind the store, she does not look at me, she does not speak to me, she takes the broom, she begins to sweep and when she felt like it about ten minutes later, then she notified me that they did not have a croissant for the sandwich and offered a bagel as an option, but it is to pay for something and end up eating something else
I am absolutely disgusted at the gross negligence of the employees of this Dunkin Donuts Location. They absolutely would not take the time to even LOOK at my order to see that I had requested strawberry cream cheese on my bagel. NOW, I have to eat a PLAIN BAGEL with nothing but RAISINS and BUTTER. Every employee should be fired and the location shut down and burned. I expect a full refund and additional payment for damages to my mental and physical health.
Oh Debbie..... Dirty old mask made me want to run! She also seemed annoyed and not friendly at all which is sad :( 3 stars because the donuts and coffee were good.
Debbie gave the worst customer service experience of my life. Do not go here unless you and your company want to be continuously yelled at.

First and foremost--Donuts....good. Coffee.....good. Service has gotten better. This is where we make our morning trek for coffee when we are in the area. Secondly...I wish Dunkin' would give them more staffing. STOP BEING CHEAP AND HIRE MORE PEOPLE. Those ladies are running their tails off in the morning and need more help.
