After having waited 20 minutes for my very simple order, I got home to find out nothing in my order is correct. I ordered a cheeseburger with extra pickles, onions, mustard, mayonnaise. (The order was right on the screen. It was repeated back to me correctly.) I have two pickle slices, a tiny squirt of mustard, and nothing else. Please note that I absolutely realize this is not that big of a deal. But you now have my money and I have NOT my dinner. I was looking forward to it. It’s literally a splurge! I can’t fix it. That’s really very annoying.Business model: I give you money; you give me what I paid for. Seems fair.
I usually love Culver's very much, but definitely not this location. I went in on a Sunday night around 6 pm and the line was almost snaking out of the dining room doors. I was starving and since there is not a culver's close to my home I figured it was a treat and waiting a little bit longer would definitely be worth the delicious custard I was heart set on ordering! Well boy that was my first mistake!! There were actually plenty of employees running around to and fro behind the counter so many in fact they were finding plenty of time to chit chat gossip and joke around with each other, while there was only 1 employee at a register taking orders for the dine in customers. This poor young man was visibly overwhelmed as he tried to get orders placed into the computer system and collect parents. He was making several mistakes and there were some sarcastic customers who were trying to take advantage of his situation, shame on them. After taking several orders after I walked in he was replaced by a young polite girl. I don't know if it was his break or they were just moving him to a different area even though finally the line started moving a little quicker and after about 20 minutes I was finally my turn. I decided upon a kid's meal for the smaller portion but after seeing the custard of the day flavor was one of my favorites I asked to add one more scoop to the regular one scoop order. Mind you a kids meal is 6:39 usually I waited as she bringing my order and the young lady told me my total was 11:47 I looked at her being so frustrated at this point I said you know what cancel my order and I left. Still don't know why she was charging me that much. I will continue to patronize Culver's but never never The villages location again.
I went back after several years hoping it was better. Disappointed. My friend and I got the pot roast sandwich. It was overcooked and dry. cannot believe it was prepared as a traditional pot roast. Neither of us intends to go back.
Riley was engaging, attentive, and careful. Food arrived very fast. Burger was far too pink for such a thin pattie. Shrimp would be fine for anyone who did not like the flavor of shrimp. Onion rings were bland. Double chocolate shake was delicious. Hot water facet in the rest room was not working. Two rolls of paper towels on the counter and the dispenser empty. Some slip-shod attention to detail all over. If the rating was based on Riley or the shake alone, it would have been five star.
Believe it or not but this was our first visit to Culver's. When we arrived in was very busy (lunchtime). We looked at the overhead board and decided to sit down and review our choices. The list was quite extensive. The line move along quickly and we sat down. Our food was brought to our table very fast. Everyone we talked to was extremely pleasant and helpful. The food was good. Overall a very pleasant visit. A job well done.! I would highly recommend this place.
First time here and we loved it! We all got deluxe burgers, onion rings, fries, cheese curds, and pretzel bites. It was all sooo good!!! Highly recommend! Also the custard was a perfect ending to great meal! $45 for the 3 of us and we went all out . Definitely will be going back!
I love Culver’s but they’re really lacking in some areas. This is the second time we’ve gone through the drive thru and they’ve had us waiting 20+ minutes. Last time someone came to our vehicle and asked us if we were waiting on anything like they forgot we ordered food. They gave us 2 free meal tickets and our food about 30 minutes after we ordered and all was fine. This time we ordered 2 concrete mixers, cheese curds, and pretzel bites. That’s all we ordered and we got the custard at the window but we were pulled up to wait for the food. About 15 minutes of waiting went by and I went inside to let them know they still haven’t brought our food out. They came up to me and told me they overcooked the food and they’re making it now. But I still don’t think it takes close to 20 minutes to make just cheese curds and pretzel bites. At least they apologized. Don’t recommend the drive thru if you’ve got somewhere to be and you’re stopping for something quick. You won’t get it.
We love going to Culver's in The Villages, Florida. Everything we have tried is delicious. In fact, the cod basket is one of our favorites; the taste and quality is the best we've tried in Florida. The butter burgers are absolutely scrumptious -- they melt in your mouth and leave you wanting to return again and again. Culver's menu has a good variety of tasty foods for the whole family.I have to mention this particular Culver's is so successful because of the owner/manager's hands-on approach to management. His leadership and training skills have developed a sharp staff and a hoard of returning customers. Don't miss out -- put Culver's in The Villages on your to-do list today!
Very good and fresh. I had the single burger kids meal and it was more than enough. My husband had a double butter burger with onion rings. I was surprised that the rings were a full onion ring and not diced. I had their custard previously but got the flavor of the day, which was mmm Mocha Toffee, I believe. I would expect that to be delicious.
Not your typical fast food! Inexpensive prices for quality ingredients. Everything was delicious!
