Super crowded but great service and good food. 2 for the price of one fajitas on Wednesday. 2 for one drinks too before 7 pm. Definitely will go back again. 40 bucks for 3 adults and two beers. How can you beet that?Love what they are doing and a wonderful eatery in The Villages.

All in all, we always enjoy our visits to Cody's. This visit was no different, with one exception. The bartenders at the Brownwood location clearly don't know how to make a simple margarita. Sent the 1st round back, and the replacements were only marginally better. The dinner was saved by the food being up to par and our wonderful server, Emma.
Just in town for a day visiting. Friend took me hear. Naomi was great. Food was decent. I would go back.
My coworkers and I went out for dinner and drinks on a Friday night. It was busy, but we were still seated pretty quickly. We were immediately unimpressed with our waiter. His name was Josh. He was very dry and kind of rude from the start. Our group was excited and full of energy and he just seemed annoyed by us. We had some drinks and I think that made him think he could take advantage of us. My male coworker ended up with a very high bill because he put the wrong orders on our bills. He automatically made every drink top shelf when we did not ask for that, making the bill crazy high. When we were paying, he said the tip from my male coworker and told him “you can’t tip me that, it’s not 20%”. You can literally tip whatever you want. He did not deserve a 20% tip so he was not given it and he had the nerve to say “you can’t do that”. He never brought my other coworker her bill even though she asked for it several times. He argued with her that she paid when she did not. She could have just let without paying, but she wanted to pay her bill. He never brought it. We left very unhappy and he put a huge damper on what was supposed to be a fun night.4
We just hosted a rehearsal luncheon two weeks ago at Cody's. Al was incredible to work with. He was very easy to contact and always helpful. The group was large (55 people), but the servers who worked it were pleasant, efficient and accommodating. As always, food was delicious and everyone enjoyed themselves! I can't thank Al and his staff enough!

Went to Cody’s for my friends birthday at 4:30 pm on a weekday. Sat on the patio because inside is always too cold. It was really nice until the music started. It was SO LOUD. Complained to server and she agreed with us. We couldn’t talk across the table. Server had a headache from it and so did we. There was no reason for it to be that loud. Area wasn’t big enough. I love music but this was ridiculous! Not again.
Wow! This is really cool restaurant at Brownwood, Florida. It's worth it to be there and foods we're great and drinks. We had 2 turkey club sandwiches, hamburger with fries and fries pickles and mushrooms. 2 Blue Moon draft beer ? price for one!We're from Oregon
