Decides to give chop house another shot, we never go here after a horrible dinner experience last year. Now we decided to try bruch since we are very tired of the never changing selections Here's a hint chop house. Describe the dish way better than what you do. HUGE fail

My daughter and I dined there for my birthday. Our waitress Melissa was very gracious. At the beginning I was handed a birthday card from the Chop House staff. Our meal was delicious. At the end I was pleasantly surprised with a birthday cake with candle light waiting for me to blowout upon arrival. As my daughter and I took pictures outside a staff came out and offered to take our photos together. We had a welcoming experience at the Chop House Restaurant. Great place to celebrate your birthday!!!
The Chop House offers anything a diner would want in the way of meat or fish selections. The food is perfectly prepared in creative ways and the the service is excellent. Even though the dining is upscale, they are not pretentious. It's one of my go to places when I want to treat my friends to a special night out.
This place was a little pricey. All of our food was delicious and the waiter was awesome and friendly. The only complaint I have that day, was our table was outside and it was pretty hot. If you see anyone's reviews that are negative, I'd say, keep the review in mind, but if you've never been to that restaurant, try it first. If you're not satisfied, just don't go back to that restaurant again. Anyway, our family's overall experience with Chop House at Lake Sumter was a 5 start. I'd definitely go back again and I would recommend this to all.
One of our favorite places for brunch, lunch, or dinner while we are in The Villages. The service is always 1st class. We had dinner at the bar last night and ordered filets. Perfectly cooked and paired with a really nice red Zinfandel. The bartender was very attentive and helpful.The second picture was from lunch last week I had the tuna tartare and it did not disappoint.Brunch menu is also one of our favorites. Do yourself a favor and check them out!I recommend reservations for dinner especially on weekends.Oh, yeah. The dessert martinis are out of this world! Try the Snowbird, it’s a white chocolate martini, fabulous finish to the meal!
Ten plus years in TV and many visits to site where Chop House now resides. Thought that TV finally got it right after several visits to CH. But, visit last week was disaster! Wife thought something not right with her appetizer. Waitress turned from accommodating/nice to absent. Must have been end of shift. Manager Riley came to table; offered apologies and 2 martinis that never arrived and no waitress for next 30 minutes. Asked an employee for Riley; she chose to not show up. Very disappointed and have since heard negative comments/experiences from many others. Very unfortunate.
Excellent, food, service and music.The sax player was calming and a perfect volume for dining.We had a table of 8, and we all agreed that our server, Travis was the best server that we have ever had in all of the villages.Everyone ordered a different item from the brunch menu and it was all presented well and tasted delicious.We can't wait to make a return visit.
