Absolutely ridiculous! Placed a catering order and cancelled on the app prior to event. They still prepared the order and charged us. Contacted corporate who said they would put in the refund request and they still won't approve it. Cancelled it on the app and never got a confirmation email of the cancellation, but didn't think about that at the time. After talking to corporate they thought it may have been a glitch with the app. (no way of me knowing that was the case!) over $500 wasted for nothing. Also took them over two weeks to come back and tell me they can't refund it. Absolutely ridiculous! Will not be doing business here in the future!

This restaurant needs new management!!!5 cars ahead of us and we were in line for at least20 minutes. All the other Chick-fil-A restaurantsI've ever been to would have gotten us through in half the time with twice as many in the drive thru line.
Great food, chicken strips are super tender and juicy, Mac-n-cheese is so creamy and cheesy, lemonade is the real deal and staff are friendly and helpful.
I was a former employee at the Blacklake 192 Chick-fil-A and was VERY disappointed with this location. I had a simple order (side salad, xtra cheese and tomato) and the lady said she couldn’t give me xtra tomato’s even if I paid so I had to settle and have sliced tomatoes. When I received the salad there was no extra cheese (there was no red flag sticker and was less than even average cheese) The line was ridiculously long (19 minutes) and the guy at the window was less than friendly I felt like he didn’t care to have a conversation with me since I was sitting at the window for a good 5 minutes... I’m no Karen but I really loved working for the company and was there for 5 years and was just disappointed with this location/service.
Compared to many many other Chick-fil-A's, be prepared to wait for a Loooooonnnggg time. I mobile order my food and the only option is the drive thru and carry out. They no longer bring it out to your car. There is no preparing the order. It's a first come first serve and the lines are LONG. Unlike other locations they stopped the multiple attendants in the line at this location. Meanwhile you get to the window and there's 8 employees working on top of each other. Poorly managed, highly profited. This is the McDonald's of Chick-fil-A's.
5 star service just because y'all were in a rush this morning and handled it really well. I got my food fast! Always polite too! Love coming back to this location!
I placed an order using the CFA app. Got to the drive thru line and informed them I was here with a app order. It took 25 minutes just to get to the window. Once at the window my order still was not ready. While I waited for my order at the window, 5 employees literally stood still with their arms crossed doing nothing while my food was still be prepared. Why order ahead on the app?? There is a good reason they have such a high turn over and it’s not just “covid” related. The fat lady in the back only cares about you if you are sleeping with her kids, or someone in her family. She sleeps with her employees. The Owner does not even know how work the ice cream machine!!! Crazy right?! I would never recommend working here! I promise mcdonald’s would be a better suit for ANYONE
The food was excellent. There was a bit of a wait for your food but considering the amount of people, it wasn't all that bad. But I do think they should have more than 1 register open in the lobby, they have 2 but only using 1. That is why only 3 stars. It took 15/20 minutes just to order. Some people may have been on their lunch break, if they only have 1/2 HR...that is unacceptable.
