Our golf group went to Cane Garden for lunch after golf. The restaurant was not very busy and we had no problem getting seated. Our service was very good. I didn't get her name, but she was very good and brought drinks and salads quickly. As usual our food came out hot and good.We had a very pleasant experience.

Ordered our lunch at the bar and ate it under the umbrella at the pool (we have a priority membership allowing us to use the pool at the country club). Our salads were delicious, fresh veggies, chicken cooked to perfection, and the chef salad was a perfect selection for lunch with the variety of proteins, greens, veggies, and the bread was extremely tasty. We loved our lunch as well as eating by the pool.

Food was good, it worth the price and satisfying for our entire party. I ordered the lobster bisque (it was VERY hot, I couldn’t seem to cool it down without letting it sit for 20 minutes) and the Secret Sauce Shrimp Bowl (not amazing, but a solid choice). Atmosphere was rustic, decorated with bamboo and rattan walls. We came at a low volume time, and even then the evident staffing shortage managed to slow down our service quite a bit. Our waitress was trying her best, but she seemed like nobody was helping her with the remaining tables. Additionally, they were out of short rib by the end of the day and had burnt the soup of the day, but at least our waitress told us upfront.

Service was not good, waiter never checked on us and the server aka hostess that brought our meals,we ask her to have our waiter come to us so we could place a drink order since we only had 10 minutes left for Happy Hour of course that didn't happen. Then rounding our bills out and taking our hard earned money. Stating you don't have change. Never be back. 100 percent better food and service at Mallory

Great food and fun. Met my cousin and her hubby, mom in town with me. We all liked the various dinners, club sandwich, shrimp rosette, liver and onions, and the last was an Italian something. But it was a great dinner.

Waited at the hostess stand, she came by after a few minutes and said give me a moment, 5 minutes later the manager said she will be right with you, six minutes later she came back and said she was frazzled and again walked away. By the way the place was almost empty, now I know why. We left and went to Havana county club, busy but seated quickly with great service and the manager John stopped by twice to make sure everything was super.

It's usually good, lately they are struggling due to lack of enough employees. We went on St. Patrick's day, arrived at 4:30, told there would be a 30 minute wait... 45 minutes later they announced they were out of Corned Beef & Cabbage, we stayed anyway... only 2 wait staff inside/2 outside... we ended up with satisfying food but everything took a long time. We were finally done about 7:30. Somewhat disappointing... We will return but will probably avoid high-volume days/holidays.

Ten of us went for dinner at Cane Garden and were a little leery with all the negative reviews we had been reading about the food and the service, but we had great service from Christina the bartender who was doing both and was real attentive to all of us. They weren't crowded at all, so can only speak for this night. All of our food was pretty good. We will have to give it another try again.

This used to be our go to restaurant an after today's visit it will be my last... First, the staff and service is still awesome. However the food was not edible from a dry burger to very cold hot dog... The onion rings were the worst (they used to be the best... Soggy and a weird seasoning.... $40. Down the drain

First time here. Great dinner. However, we didn’t receive any bread after receiving our drinks. I asked the waitress for some and she brought 4 small breadsticks. Never mentioned that I would be charged $3!! Unreal. How cheap is this restaurant owner? His greed for my $3 just cost them soooo much more because I’ll never go back.
