10 minute wait with less than half of the restaurant full. Waitress was over sat so it was a few minutes until she was able to help us. However, the food was good and came out fast.Solution: Hire more staff.

Food was good, the service was just OK. The waitress was very pleasant but she forgot several things that were ordered, and had to waite a while for her to bring out the coffee ☕️.
Had breakfast with a group. They are unstaffed. The food was average at best. Several of the dishes were cold. Hopefully they will staffed up.
Best breakfast place I've been to in the general area. This was my second time eating there and will not be my last. Great food options well executed!
Worst service ever! Entered and first off the server looked annoyed we were there. We ordered got our drinks I asked for silverware or a spoon for my coffee. Well 30 minutes later after waiting with empty cups the food comes still no silverware! I had asked for silverware several times up to this point. One meal was completely not even made and we got excused, my wife’s salad was served in a hot bowl mind you a Cobb salad so nothing hot. My food was all burnt and my granddaughters food was cold and like rubber. Health dept needs to visit there. I know we’ll never go back
Upon arrival we checked in for 3. The person at the check in desk was checking in, seating customers and bussing tables We arrived about 10:45am and they were not packed or even full. Our wait was only about 15 min, not bad I thought. We sat at our table for 20 min with no acknowledgement from anyone. Our server walked by and said she was slammed and would get to us. A couple across from us said they had now waited an hour, no food. We counted 9 plates of food ready to be delivered. The couple left after server said order was never made. She then proceeded to tell us if we ordered it would be 50 min or more. We left. This restaurant was in The Villages on 466A We will never ever ever return We understand the lack of staff but there were many empty tables. Another couple sat down and had coffee in 5 minutes. Bad attitudes, bad service. Again,we understand they need staff but this was ridiculous. We always tip generously too What is the problem at this place. No manager to be found!
We had a wonderful experience here this morning! Great breakfast, great service, then they fixed us a coffee and a hot chocolate to go. When we were leaving we bought a banana nut bread to take with us and they offered a plate and silverware, to take with us because we are moving today. We will definitely be back here. We learned a lot of locals come here most mornings:))
great place to go for a home style breakfast. I found the wait staff to be excellent and attentive. George was our waiter and he really hustled for everyone. Bob Evans has the best breakfast meat and eggs were perfect. I don't go here as much as I should but when we do we love it!
Ordered pancakes with bacon this morning for curbside take out, server who brought the order curbside said she had never done that before. Once we got home and served the pancakes they were not edible, undercooked and doughy. Calling the restaurant is useless, held for 20 minutes, no one picked up the phone on their end.
