The food has gone downhill since last year. I ordered Fresh berry French toast and one of them was burnt, the sausage patties also was burnt. I have had an issue like this around in Nov where my potpie was burnt. The only thing worth me coming here for is the country fried steak because it is always good. Not sure what is going on with the over cooked food latley.
If you like to feel that you are dining with family then this is the place to be. Delicious home style cooking and prices to fit every budget. If you're in need of a little TLC then come to Bob Evans. They treat you like family!
Good amount of selections on the menu. Staff could be a little more personable. In the evening you definitely need a sweater or jacket, it gets very cold in the restaurant!
Never got my food.....B.E. blamed DoorDash for steeling it, but never bothered to call me.Lack of help, like everyone else. It's a shame, because their food is good.
Place was busy but quick and continually.made sure are drinks were full. Food was amazingly good for a franchise restaurant. I had the cod and steamed 2 vegetables as sides and the veggies were cooked perfect. Not under or over cooked. Would return there if i was in the area.
Highly recommend, although be prepared for long wait. The Southwest Avocado Omelet was very good. Also excellent biscuits.
Maddie was the manager on the floor. We waited 15 minutes to be seated when there were only 4 tables full only 4 visible tickets on the kitchen screen. No reason for the wait and from there it just got worse. Menu items wouldn’t be prepared special without onions for a allergy. Just bad service, and bad experience all together.
I don't know if they were understaffed or what the situation was, but there seemed to be several servers/hostesses standing around behind the partition, but they were slow to greet us, get our orders, bring us food or check on our meals. Still it was a delicious meal, and the place seemed clean.
The food was cooked perfect. My wife loved her roast beef melt and the honey chicken is my personal favorite. We will definitely be back.
My loves the Turkey dinner. I love the omelettes. Food as always great
