Well were do I start my son is allergic to seafood all kind if he brokers out with hives and that makes his throat swollen up and if does not get to a hospital right away it could kill him . They fry everything in the same fryer. We don't get one dinner and had to take it home with us. We all eat but one. So if we ever go back well that a big if. So be careful if you have any allergies ask
Ordered dinner via grubhub, they missed an entire entree. Live 20 mins away.. brought food back spoke to general manager Alan.. had no concern order was wrong.. the delivery checked label was not even filled out. He stated we do not complete that.. well maybe you should Alan.. checking orders before they are served to your customers I thought was priority number 1... such a disgrace that there is no customer service any more. He did say we will remake the order, but I'm not going to wait another 30 mins then drive home.. get it right the first time.. simply verifying everything was there would have taken 1 min..
My experience was not a good one...from extremely long waiting (for a table, water or menus, service period)!We tell you we have someone allergic to citrus you bring waters with lemons.How do you want your burgers....well done no pink - yes they all came back pink.... Appetite gone!!
The food was pretty good. I ended up using the restroom quickly before we left and it startled me to see the GM ( forgot what he said his name was) walk right in the woman’s bathroom as I’m walking out of the stall. Yes, while they were open, guest were there and several female workers could have been sent in instead of a Large grown man. It was kind of scary. I Didn’t want to take it as far as Corprate but he could have definitely waited until all the female guests were out of the bathroom before he came in.
Being short staffed and busy, they were still great. Of course there was a wait because it was Friday(2/18) evening, but we were seated fairly quickly and Megan, our server, was wonderful. She checked in on us when passing by and interacted with our kids. We will be back.
Ordered steak medium rare. Came out well done. They gave us another one but the wait time for it was 20 minutes. Everyone at our table was eating by then.
Applebee's in Lady Lake has a great environment, great American style food and the drinks from the bar are exceptional. The prices are relatively ok even with the rising cost of products. The only thing I can say needs work is the wait time to get drinks and food ordered, but due to lack of employees it's currently understandable. Definitely recommend, and try the buy one get one margarita!
Sorry we had to walk out but since the music was so loud. The waitress said she would ask again to turn it down. So we left before we put the order in. We enjoy to talk to each other during our meal but couldn't do that.
Horrible, the boneless wings we ordered were burnt and hard as a rock and so small it was ridiculous. We mentioned that to our waiter and he said yeah I know that's how they are now like it was normal. Never offered to remake them or something just walked away. We just left and and went somewhere else. Used to be ok but have gone down hill the last 2 times we went there Will not be going back there anymore.
Very nice and die an. Waiter was pleasant and helpful with menu. Very efficientDidn't have to wait to be sitted and food came out quickly and was very good.
