I can't believe it took me this long to try the Yankee bean.I've wanted to since it opened and finally made it.They knocked it out of the park in terms of quality and inventiveness of their soups and sandwiches.I started with a Thai coconut chicken soup that was phenomenal. Even the super quality oyster crackers they served with it were a cut above the usual ones.I followed up with a curried chicken salad on pumpernickel that was perfectly seasoned, lots of chicken and such fresh bread.And the hibiscus tea they make in house is the perfect refreshing drink to round out any lunch.My friend Cory loved her sandwich and soup as well.Cozy dining room, friendly service and lots of yummy and creative options. Then name is a clue! Amazing bean soup, as are any of the soups here. Made with extra love, I’m sure !! They are always full of flavor. Not over the top; just perfect. Terrific sandwiches which are usually two meals for me. No cheap ingredients. Very good bread from a local bakery. Best bread pudding I’ve had in decades, and I’ve had bread pudding in lots of countries. Light and fluffy with tasty fruit toppings and the sauces aren’t super sweet. Best of all - the people !!!!! No need to explain You’ll see.

My neighbor Frank treated me to lunch today, and it was a real treat. AMAZING Cuban sandwich! He had the Turkey and Salami on marble rye with their Yankee Bean soup. Fresh, clean friendly! In Tarpon Springs for a visit consider stopping in! Delicious!
My friend and I go here about once every two weeks she's been going here for a while I just started and I have to tell you I had one of the best sandwiches I've had in a long time about 2 weeks ago there we're due to head back here shortly
