as someone who works in food probably some of the worst customer service i have ever had. their manager is extremely rude and so is the staff, as seeing they probably take after the manager. tried to order five times and it was pouring rain, no one could hear me so i pulled to the window to be greeted with fo back and order through the speaker. i told them i said my order five times and the manager came over and told me i was lying and to leave the line, there was one car in front of me and one behind and i was trying to see if i could get out without hitting someone and the manager angerly was telling me to leave. i hate to see how these “employees” treat other customers. very disappointing.
A bunch of unsanitary, slackers work here along with super freaking slow service. If you want to spend the night out come to this Wendy’s.
Didn’t listen when we asked for no bun and put cheese on my husbands order that clearly stated no cheese on the receipt. I didn’t complain about my no bun but he had to walk back in to correct the no cheese… instead of letting him keep it, they made him throw away the previous burger and waste it… I would have taken the bun off as I am a diabetic and eaten that myself , but I guess they prefer to waste food here.
ALL Wendy's are going downhill....this particular location was THE ONLY ONE open in the area. Even their computer system was down....This franchise needs to get their junk together...or it will end up being like so many others and be extinct before the end of the year! Food is just okay. Employees are miserable because they already have to deal with jerk customers, but it makes it worse when the equipment doesn't function properly......the manager (I think) at this particular location decided to clean the fryer when we were there while we waited in line instead of helping take orders.....I think she thought it was beneath her to take an order. There were 2 people behind us walk out before we got our order taken. They were more concerned with getting the drive thru taken care of. I could understand if they were short staffed, but on this night, they weren't. As I stated, someone was cleaning the fryer instead of taking orders or helping prepare and bag orders.
Ordered a # 4 meal upgraded for baconator fries and instead of telling no bacon bits they just threw a couple of shriveled up pieces of bacon on some cold fries and that's what I got. And they want $15 dollars an hour for that kind of service this is the reason many places are under staffed and closed early due to poor service like this. The picture speaks for itself at least the chicken sandwich was good.
Put in a mobile order for curbside pickup (specifically put curbside because of the amount of drinks ordered and i know there would be more than 1 bag). Got there around 3:40, checked in on the app and it confirmed my cars make and model. Waited a little because it was busy so it was understandable if it took a little longer than usual But I waited 20 minutes before going inside to check on my order. The girl at the front asked for my name and my food was waiting on the counter. She goes “oh yeah it’s right here” I told her I waited 20 minutes for my order and she just looked at me and said “sorry”. I got my order home and they forgot a 6 piece nugget and everything was ice cold. I already did the survey on the receipt but I will not be going back to this location.
A lot has changed since their pay has went up. I'll just put it that way. They actually care about being at work. You can tell. I know it's fast food but, when I worked at Wendy's we were only making $7 an hour we didn't give a damn about anything.
Second time I went through drive through and order messed up, again. I ordered a single cheese everything with baconator fries. What I received was a double cheese burger..plain. The the bacon on the fries burnt to black. When I tried to call them they hung up phone.I would suggest checking your order thoroughly before leaving the window. They keep Outdoir locked so you can't return order without sitting through drive through line again. Tried them twice, both messed up. Wont be back.
This place basically ignores you at the drive thru. I’ve been here twice in the last two weeks for my kids but I won’t waste that much of my time again. Wendy’s used to be so awesome. Workers just don’t care anymore!
Did not get order right (ordered Dave's Single, got a hamburger on a bun, nothing else). Told them about it, they gave me the exact same thing again. Went back again they took the plain hamburger back and put lettuce, pickle, tomato on it. Just gave up on them getting it right.
