Amazing food and great service!!!

A+ service, amazing food. Ask for Waitress Brittney.

Excellent food and service!

Everything on the menu is amazing. Also had a very cute outdoor patio area. Highly recommend.

First off, Dan and Anya are fabulous hosts! As soon as you enter The Bistro, you are greeted like long lost family! Anya showed us to our table and Brittany immediately appeared to take our drink order. The drinks came quickly and we placed our food order. Let me strongly urge you to try the goat cheese fondue…fabulous. I had the Pollo Pesto Pasta and could only eat half of it….humongous portion. Hubby had the snapper and loved every bite. The limoncello cake and loukemades were yummy. This is a lovely, well serviced restaurant by people who know their business! You absolutely have to try the food here and not be totally happy!

Great service and great food!

Went out with the hubby to celebrate and chose the Bistro since i love Italian food and wanted to stay local. I had such a great dinner and I have nothing to complain about lol My food was delish and Brittany our server was so sweet and my wine was perfect. We ordered Calamari and a calzone and meatballs and mussels. The sauce was great for dipping and everything was perfect! The beer was ice cold and the atmosphere was like being in NYC sun the village. I will be back. Thank you !

We went on a date night last night. Decided to stop in here for a nice dinner. We sat at the bar as they were busy and hosting a large party. Our cocktails were good, and the food was beautifully presented. That is the end of our positive experience. I ordered the calzone, when I cut it open the mozzarella cheese wasn't even melted and the middle was cold. My husband ordered the fettuccine with garlic white sauce. It had almost no flavor whatsoever. We didn't taste any garlic. We tried to get the attention of one of the 3 servers that were working the bar for several minutes- they walked past us 5 times - each time we tried to get them to stop but they just blew past us. I ended up eating my cold meal become I was famished by that point. My husband finally got the attention of one of the servers and asked for salt - and they just slammed it on the bar and walked away. Not once did anyone stop to ask how our meal was, once we had our food - we were entirely ignored until we finally got someone to give us our bill. I overheard the party sitting next to us (whom had been there for a while) work to get the attention of someone as well and when they did said "I think someone forgot our drinks we ordered when we sat down" and she hustled over to the other bar to grab 3 glasses of wine that had been sitting there for roughly 15 minutes. Overall this meal was extremely disappointing- from food to service. We have been understanding of the fact that there are staffing issues but this seemed more of a quality issue all the way around. Definitely not worth nearly $60 for 2 drinks and 2 entrees. I do not think we will be back.

We thoroughly enjoyed a private event here recently which was a luncheon for about 35 people. Owner, Dan Jenkins, and his staff did a wonderful job! Our waitress, Dawn, was especially pleasant and efficient. And the meals were delizioso! So glad that even though the name of the restaurant has changed the quality and service has not! Also, kudos to the chef and kitchen staff!

Wife and I are in Tarpon Springs for a few days. Today (Nov 17 2021) we had dinner here. We started with the Bruschetta - excellent. She had the "pollo pesto pasta" - chicken with pasta and a basil pesto sauce with asparagus and red peppers. She loved it. I had lasagna and it was the best one of my life. Waiter, "Scotty" timed everything perfectly and was great. Do yourself a favor and try this place. It's in the historic district with lots of cool shops around.
