Ordered a 40 dollar+ order during the night and literally got no chicken in any of my quesadillas also abd manager Moel W or whoever was working as manager around 9pm was asking if we were going to pay for our order with in 30 seconds after coming to the drive-thru window. Do not go to this taco bell because surprise this is not the first time I've had a problem at this taco bell.Edit: they also didn't put my cinnamon twists in my order

This is by FAR the worst experience I have had at a Taco Bell. Decided to eat there, order took ten minutes to get everything was cold! After ten minutes there is no excuse for cold food when it’s not even busy. And the order wasn’t correct and told the Mgr I was missing something she didn’t even say anything and walked to another worker and told them, she acted like she couldn’t be bothered. I have 25+ years in the restaurant industry and this was total lack of caring. I have eaten Taco Bell for years and this is by far the worst experience ever. I get people don’t really care anymore. But, this was the worst. Hopefully the next time I go for my favorite fast food it will be better! I promise you that’s the last time I go to this one! So sad.

Dont go at night. There is ALWAYS an issue at night. Either long lines, poor service, or more often than not, they forget something in your order. Went tonight for the Mexican Pizza and they forgot an item in our order, didnt make the tacos right, and the Mexican Pizza was crushed on the bottom of the bag.Seriously never again. Day time is good though.

This place needs a SERIOUS health inspection. Within 2 hours of consuming the food from this place I fell SERIOUSLY ILL. I was vomiting and had diarrhea from 10pm on 5/12 til 9am on 5/13. I was running a fever, couldn’t keep down any fluids (when I tried they came right back up within 5 minutes) and found myself on the floor in the bathroom covered in sweat and unable to get to my phone for any help multiple times during the early morning hours while nobody was home. Now 24 hours later I have been able to break the fever but still having issues getting any sort of food in my stomach even after being prescribed Zofran to aid in nourishment of any sort. I will NEVER go back here and potentially NEVER have another product from ANY Taco Bell franchise EVER again….AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!!

Though I never go in the daytime so i can comment there, there's always something going on with the night crew. The window gets it right but my food is always lacking, improperly wrapped so that when the bag is given to me if I sit it on my lap, my clothes are stained, they always skimp on the meat but are overly generous with the lettuce and cheese, i get home and the items that should be in the "box" are incorrect, etc. I alternate between them and Wendy's (who never has anything at the end of the night) on the few occasions my nights very late. I tell you what... They're definitely giving me a reason to finally start my new year diet I've been talking about since January! ??

The sign to the entrance of the restaurant indicated the dining room was open. The door was locked. I decided to do Take-Out. What a mistake! I waited in line for 15 minutes to place my order. Then, I waited another 20 minutes to get it. I questioned why the dining room wasn't open and was told it was because of lack of help. After I got my order, I pulled into a parking space to eat. I had ordered hard tacos; I got soft. So, I went to the door and banged for about five minutes. No one came. So I walked around to the window where I had received my meal. I waited for the car at the window to leave. I told the person at the window that they had made a mistake. The lady screamed at me to get back in the line and I'd be taken care of. I told her it would be 30-35 minutes to wait, again. Then she swore at me. I went back to my car and looked at the line of cars. I threw away my meal and went to another restaurant. The disrespect really got to me. I didn't deserve to be treated like this for their error and won't ever go back. Taco Bells elsewhere have always been excellent. I responded to a survey from Taco Bell and never received a response. How unbusinesslike.

So the manager Tasha is fantastic. It was a Friday and their systems were down again. They said 10 to 15 minutes, it should be back up but the hardworking kid was nice because I was trapped in and forced to wait. When I got to the window I expressed my unhappiness. He wrote down my order and said he would bring it to me in the parking lot. Tasha came out w our food and apologized 1000 times over and gave it to us for free. She also was very caring towards her employees and it's this kind of amazing customer service that is needed today.

Y'all need to stop hating like this isn't a once and again wonderfulness. They forgot something? Man. If they were only human they may understand. 0 love for the aliens who don't get it. We humans make mistakes. Shout out to Donald for making my day today!!! ?✌️❤️

It's Taco Bell.... So it was good, tacos seemed fresh and burritos were good. When the heck did Taco Bell get so pricey for tacos? They were the Doritos tacos, but damn, three tacos in a combo is 8 dollars.... Three of us spent over 30 dollars.

Drove out at 11 to get food, was greeted by a recording saying they are closed and to return during business hours. Posted sign says they close at 1am.Thanks taco bell.
