Excellent service as always. Clean environment and bathroom. Only one problem (and it’s not a tiny one), their coffee taste like Monsanto’s Round-Up Pesticides. I am a very long time coffee connoisseur. This coffee it disgusting compared to CLEAN organic coffee that lots of other places serve. For the convenience, I have tried to drink their coffee over and over wholeheartedly trying to convince myself that it’s good coffee. As you see in the picture, that’s me pouring it out on a nearby bush. I believe even the bush frowning. I can prove to you that this coffee is essentially garbage. Just go to Sprouts and get you a bag of their organic coffee. Super slow and served me a cold brew with cold foam and said sorry our cold foam is being weird and served it to me anyways! I tasted it and it was so watery, I had them replace it but why serve it if you know it’s bad.
When you pay in excess of $7 for a drink you should get exactly what you order! I ordered a venti matcha frappe with 4 pumps mocha, 4 pumps peppermint, java chips and no whip. First she says they don't have any long straws....ugh!! Then there we're NO Java chips and it had whipped cream. So they remade it.....it was extremely thin and STILL had whipped cream on it. No one listened! Last time Starbucks!!!! If you're gonna charge what you do get it right the first time ...at the VERY LEAST THE SECOND TIME!!!!! So disappointed......
Awesome place, i come here almost everyday for my wife and daughter and i feel bad anytime i forget to bring cash for a tip. The establishment should look into a digital tipping system for card payments so that we don't have to carry cash in order to aware the great service here. Thank you guys ??
Been to starbucks only a couple times prior to visiting the tarpon springs location and was a little upset with service, but the tarpon springs location has a wonderful employee named Elsa. She was so helpful with suggestions to get the right flavor for our drinks. She made them personally and her suggestions were spot on. It is rare to have employees like that and I hope she is truly valued by her employers!!
Always busy. Drinks are deliciously made. Baristas are soooo nice. They seem to need more help, however. Recently we’ve had drink mix-ups. The owner/manager needs to know there’s a lot of honey ? bees flying around inside….no wonder baristas are distracted. Needs attention.
Was there on Thanksgiving day right before closing… Took me nine minutes to get to the drive-through because the only car in front of me knew the girl working the drive-through window. They decided it was going to be high school “oh my god!!” giggle time when the girl in the car was ordering her drink. They had a conversation with a long line of cars in the drive-through. Neither the girl in the car or the girl working the drive thru window cared that there was a long line of cars behind me. The girl in the car finally pulled up to the window, then the giggle fest ensued. Even after she got her drink, the girl in the car sat there laughing and having a conversation with the drive-through girl, for another 2 1/2 minutes. I almost honked my horn. This is unprofessional and unacceptable. You should not allow your employees to hold up a line of cars talking to their friends or schoolmates. Or they should hurry along the schoolmate that is holding up the line. I sure hope the cars behind me were able to get their orders in since it was after four (closing) when I left due to these two girls holding a line for almost 10 minutes.
This location, close to Tarpon Springs, has lots of space and no surprise, they make a mean Apple Crisp Frappuccino!
