Have ordered their pizza many many times and it's the best! Today, dined in at the restaurant for the first time. This is the best Italian food I've found in this area. The sauce tasted like Nonna's and the portion of lasagna was more than generous. If you are a garlic fan, get the garlic knots as well. You can't go wrong with anything at Rick's NY Pizza!If you're lucky, Dominic will serve you. Delicious food, good service, good prices and a charming server....what more could you want?

Prices are outrageous and the prices listed online are not what we're charged to us. We ordered one pizza, 12 wings, a caesar salad and 3 cannolis and the cost was $85. The pizza that had raw dough under the thin layer of "extra cheese". When we called to tell them the pizza was raw, he said "I'm not really sure why you are calling, just to give feedback? Next time ask for well done." There will absolutely not be a next time. Even after finishing cooking the pizza at home, it was bland. Would give a 0 out of 5 if possible.
This restaurant falls below the Mendoza line.While we like their pizza, the customer service has steadily gone downhill. Last night was the last straw. My husband called and ordered 2 small pizzas, one with pepperoni and one plain cheese. He explained to the woman who took the order that I have a violent reaction to pepperoni, can't even have the oils from it on the cheese side which is why we order 2 separate. She joked about it, but it was clear what we ordered.When the pizzas arrived we tipped the driver well and went in to eat them. Both were pepperoni! We called and were told by the woman we would have to wait for a return call from the owner.When he called he was rude, implying we were at fault. He inferred that we were lying about my inability to eat meat. He said it would take an hour to an hour and a half (so much for my husband's pizza being fresh). When the driver finally brought a cheese, he demanded the other pizza be returned in a nasty tone, "Owners orders" . When I opened my pizza up it had clearly been shaken around as the cheese slid off the pizza into the box.WE WILL NOT GO BACK.In response to your response the person who called us identified himself as an owner so perhaps you need to look into that with your staff.I have added a picture of the shaken pizza good driver or not I believe it was intentional somewhere in the restaurant.We did not hear back from you until this response where you may have been embarrassed by the post but there has been no effort to make up for this and we've had previous customer service issues as well
Wonderful place and above all stellar service! We went for a quick family meal & Charlie the owners cousin took such amazing care of us as if we were family! It was a super hectic and busy night & they were understaffed but he still had a smile a great attitude & always came over to ask what we needed. I cannot say enough about the hospitality we received not to mention the amazing decadent and generous food portions we received. Rick’s ny pizza has a repeat customer in us! Thanks Charlie for your amazing treatment tonight!
Me and my girlfriend found this awesome place to have great NY Style Pizza and Charles really makes the place come to life and is very awesome to have dinner. Would recommend this place 100 times over.
Restaurant was busy, so had to wait a little bit for our order to be taken. Wait staff was very friendly and stopped by often to check on us. Cheese bread was excellent. We ordered pepperoni pizza to share with our grandchildren, who loved the pizza. Overall, a great evening dinner.
I'm from Connecticut recently moved to Florida. Up there we have some of the best pizza you would ever imagine. However down here it's hard to find. I've been looking for a good spot and I heard a recommendation for this place. The owners were really nice and even opened the box and said "what do you think about this?" I have a feeling they saw my area code and knew what I was looking for. It did not disappoint. Very delicious pizza. This will be my spot.
A very tastefully decorated restaurant. You can tell when you walk in this is not your average run of the mill pizza and wings joint. If you ever have an issue with an order, let them know and they will make it right.
First time. Stopped in to order pizza to go. They were very busy but got pizza ready in time stated. Very good pizza!! Supreme. Lady that took order was very friendly and said she just started there. She did a good job. Will be back very sooon.
